First time back on the beach today since I got home from hospital 🥰
Sandy toes, wind in my face.. BEAUTIFUL!
Until it poured with rain and i got soaked lol 😝 🌧
Lucky i had my rain coat 😉
I didn’t mind the rain because to me it is so peaceful and I feel ‘Refreshed’ or ‘Cleansed’ after being in the rain or swimming!! I haven’t been able to swim since I’ve been home or had enough energy to tackle the sand especially in this windy weather
And because my blood pressure was so low i was all kinds of dizzy so even walking round my house I sometimes would have to grab the wall or something because ive been toppling over lol!🤪 But this past week ive been out on many small little walks and getting my muscle tone back and I am feeling so much better
I’ve still felt not quite complete without my daily beach walks and time in nature though its just what really I LOVE! 💗🙏 I love being outside I love watching the waves.. I love smelling the fresh air and seeing animals and having my feet firm on the ground 💜
So today I spent the day with my beautiful dad and my family we went to see the pelicans get fed but it started to pour with rain so we had to retreat!
And then this afternoon I felt so called to get to the beach it was beautiful!! Sunny for a bit but then turned real wet and messy lol
Heres some photos before it rained!
I hope you have had a BEAUTIFUL day too!
What have you been doing for Easter? 🐣
Will make or break a home, a community, a conversation.
Will build a business, reconcile a friendship, cope with disagreement.
When you embrace one ☝🏾 another’s attitude it will either empower you or make you disengage. #positivevibes#negativevibes
My girl and her attitude makes me smile and gives me so many reasons to laugh.
There will be a day when you realize that your attitude is the biggest attribute you can give to your loved ones. #givelove
Your attitude is a product of your environment, chose wisely.♥️ #loveher#attitude#sheloves#everyone#blog#empoweredblogger#attribute#bekind

Love yourself no matter what day it is or what you’re surrounded by. You are the most important thing standing in any room. You can’t give love or receive it unless you start with loving yourself 1st. Master that and then watch it flow so freely unto others. Watch how they love you back! #glowfromwithin#loveyourself#givelove#positivity#happyfriday#iloveme
This week, our 60 water filters for Naba Village have arrived. Clean drinking water filters will be placed in every home in this village on Flores Island in East Nusa Tunggara. The FSP board member Mike Adams will be completing this amazing initiative with Social Impakt director Jeroen Van Overbeek. These two legends will be supported and guided thanks to our amazing team of volunteers in Labuan Bajo. Major thanks to Cha Cha, Marvin, Astrid, and Astrids uncle from Naba to guide. Assembling and educating every home to properly care for their new filter(which will last 3 years before needing to be replaced) is not a small task. I am so proud of our team in Indonesia for completing this project. And it's just the beginning. Major thanks to Ervis Budisetiawan for making all this possible.
Delivery of 5 huge boxes, renting two 4wd trucks to get there and back safely, and assembling a team of legends to execute all of this is really cool. More to come!

This is definitely something close to my heart! I believe in acknowledging and thanking people who are amazing, authentic, giving value to other peoples lives, to being of service to others and for living a life that inspires! I may come off as an ass kisser or suck up but that’s ok. I am proud of who I am and blessed to learn from others. I think it is important to be honest in expressing the gratitude and blessings others give you or share with people. We have become so twisted in our behavior and it’s time to change! Life can change on dime and I believe in sharing appreciation and acknowledging to the people who inspire me. Most are so humble they aren’t able to see the ripple effect of their actions and education they give freely and I want them all to know of how blessed I feel and the impact they have on my life! So thank you to all who inspire, support, encourage, motivate, and educate me! You are making great changes and you deserve to know the effects of your gifts given to strangers and to helping others better themselves! Namaste 🙏🏻 Praise them for their work and honor the memories of those who have passed on! #motivation#live#love#patitforward#authentic#nfq#weshallrise#bethechange#givethanks#knowyourworth#standforsomething#givelove#maketheeffort
The recipe for a great weekend! LAUGH more....It’s good for you!!! 😂😂😂
Besides loving each other well, laughing is supreme. 😂 It is the medicine prescribed to us daily. Without laughter not only is life dull but we also risk cultivating a heart that is enduringly heavy.
Facts about laughter....
1. Laughing shortly after you wake up can have similar effects as a cup of coffee!! Do both and watch the magic happen! 😜☕️
2. We laugh up to 30 times more when we are in the company of others than when we are by ourselves. When they say that laughter is contagious, they were really right!
3. Frequent and whole-hearted laughter actually helps your body to fight off harmful diseases. By altering the levels of cortisol in your body, laughing lowers our levels of stress and fights off things that might be harmful to us.
4. Laughing is a pretty good workout! When you laugh, you are strengthening muscles in your face, stomach, and diaphragm. It’s no substitute for the gym, but a bit of laughter does do the body good! For every fifteen minutes of solid full-body laughing you do, you can burn up to 40 calories! Dieting? Get to laughing!
So girl, watch your favourite comedies, hang out with your silliest sister, kick your feet up, let your hair down and laugh often. 😂👊🏻 #todayiwill#laugh ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But those who enjoy what is given to them, without making offerings in return, are verily thieves.
One thing learned throughout working life is that others are more than happy to take and not give. Their hands are often opening outwards for more. A free ride is frequently the option that is taken. However, we all have to eventually pay for our free rides. When you become a giver instead of a taker, you will find less “thieves” in your life. They may still be around, but that is you paying off your karmic debt - so be glad. It is a true saying that “one who steals another’s purse steals trash”. It can take one a long time to understand this when one has so many desires that one is trying to attain, but it is a profound statement that takes deep contemplation in a world obsessed with dollars and cents. We have been heavily conditioned by money, and it rules our very minds.
This is not being said out of jealousy with regard to financially rich people; it is being said, because misery, superficiality, and a hollow emptiness once desires have been satiated have been observed in and admitted by some rich people known. You can even observe this in yourself when your own cravings have been satisfied and you are still left with a void from within that wishes to be filled by something else. This does not only apply to money but to other things as well. Having money and all the admiration in the world does not make one immune to depression.
Thank those who “stole” or who are “stealing” from you, because they have taken away the rubbish. Have gratitude for the garbage wo/man. The trash is with them now, making room for better things to come for you 😊💚🙏.
