There aren’t enough hours in a day and time always seems to go by in a blink of an eye. Am I right? Instead of living in the moment, we are always thinking of what needs to be done next, and really aren’t allowing ourselves the time to truly enjoy the present moment. I will always remind myself of this when thinking about what needs to be done. I TRY to temporarily put the to do list to the side. I always think about the physical capabilities that we have when we carry out these classes. The human body is amazing if you think about it. You run, jump, squat, lunge, pedal backwards, do a bear crawl, etc. and don’t think anything of it, except when some of you have said, “I can’t do that.” And you end up surprising yourself because you did. When you think about others who are unable to do these things, it makes you appreciate all that we are able to do. We see quotes like these, “If not today, when?” And you really have to ask yourself how many days are you going to let pass before you start living? • #fitlikeagladiator#gladiatorfitness#fitness#gladiator#blt#outdoorfitness#goals#gains#beastmode#squatteam#fitfam#workout#strength#progress#plyometrics#endurance#cardio#core#nevergiveup#gladiatorbootcamp#partnerexercises#bodyweight#buffalove#buffalo#716
When you attempt something new, it is hard to believe that you can “do it”, until you actually do. During this time you prove to yourself you can do anything you set your mind to. We see this often when clients are participating in their first workout. The workouts are challenging, and there is no doubt about it. Clients have said to us on several occasions how challenging a station may be or the workout as a whole. I make sure to remind them that they are not competing with anyone but themselves. There is no competition to making a change or bettering yourself. Only you have control over that. I also say you did more today than you did yesterday. This is 100% true. Think back at what you did yesterday all look at your whole day; somethings completed were easier or harder than others. We are so hard on ourselves at times and want to do more, even when we have just started something new. Take your accomplishments in stride, and when you achieve a short term, achievable goal, set and tackle the next one. Hey, If it weren’t for our freedom, we wouldn’t be able to throw a tire around, pull the tank, or use the fun wheels just for fun 🇺🇸🎇 Have a safe and fun 4th of July 🇺🇸 and we will see you Saturday from 9:00-10:00 @ Canalside for some FREE BLT • #fitlikeagladiator#gladiatorfitness#fitness#gladiator#blt#outdoorfitness#goals#gains#beastmode#squatteam#fitfam#workout#strength#progress#plyometrics#endurance#cardio#core#nevergiveup#gladiatorbootcamp#partnerexercises#bodyweight#buffalove#buffalo#716#4thofjuly#fourthofjuly#freedom

Clients done and now time for me. Remember there must be a work and life balance. That means both are top priority’s. Clients must always reach there goals but also your life is for living. Without a satisfying life how can you promote a happy healthy life style for clients. Preach what we teach and don’t be a typical on line hypocrite just for a few extra buck 🤨. Yup I went there ... .
BE REAL AND MOST OF ALL BE AUTHENTIC TO YOURSELF. .
