Homemade lasagna! No need to miss out on an old favorite when you can make it low carb and it tastes just as good.
💥1 lb pork sausage 💥1 tbs minced garlic 💥Italian zest seasoning from @flavorgod 💥2 @kboshfood mexi cabbage crust 💥6 tbs ricotta cheese. 💥1 1/4 cup @raoshomemade sauce 💥3/4 cup mozzarella cheese (shredding your own makes it melt better)
💥Brown the pork and cook with 1 tbs of minced garlic and add in Italian zest @flavorgod. Drain and then add 1 cup Raos sauce and let simmer for a few minutes. (Add more if you want it more saucy)
Line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper. Add 1/4 cup of Raos to the bottom then add a slice of the crust, then 1/3 of the meat then 3 tbs of ricotta cheese then 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese. Do this step for a second time with the next layer of crust. Place the final crust on add remaining meat and cheese. Bake 400° for 25-30 min or until cheese is fully melted. (Time will vary .
Roughly 6 net with my brand ingredients for 4 servings 🙌🏻

140 grams Otto's Naturals - Cassava flour (~1 cup)
1⁄2 cup avocado oil
1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional for a sweet crust)
3-4 tablespoons water
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine Otto's Naturals - Cassava flour, avocado oil, salt and maple syrup. The dough will look like a thick cake batter.
3. Mix in 3 tablespoons of water (the water will actually make the dough thicker and drier, believe it or not). If the dough is still on the wet side, add another 1⁄2 - 1 tablespoon of water.
4. Press into a 9-inch tart pan and place on a baking sheet. Using a fork, poke holes all over the bottom of the crust.
5. Bake for 12 minutes if par-baking or 16-18 minutes if baking completely. 🔅Recipe by Zenbelly

Just like those on-the-go healthy snacks I just put up on my story (check it out 👆🏻), I'm always on the hunt for good food that helps me feel good both mentally 𝘢𝘯𝘥 physically 😋⠀
It's always been a struggle for me to eat out 🤷🏼♀️⠀
In the past I was hyper-concerned about how food was going to make me look so avoided eating out at almost all cost. I think a part of that fear still resides in me when because I still feel some hesitation + resistance when ordering at times.⠀
But now that I've found a way of eating that I like and makes my insides feel good (gf, df, primarily plant-based), I try to keep my focus less on "oh my god I'll never look good if I eat this" and instead on:⠀
1. Am I hungry?⠀
2. Do I want this?⠀
3. How will I feel physically after eating this?⠀
These three questions help me make choices with food that give me energy rather than weigh me down and help me stay mindful of my real goals (like feeling a million bucks to teach a badass TruRide) rather than the instant gratification ones (like crushing a box of Oreos) that would leave me feeling like a sugar-laden couch potato that just wants to sleep all day 🛋🥔😴⠀
I'm so happy that I live in a place (hey, Austin! 🙋🏻♀️) where there's abundant options for eating out 𝘢𝘯𝘥 keeping your body + mind in a wonderful, happy place 🤗⠀
⠀ @steelcitypopsatx is definitely one of those that makes my list as they have allergen-friendly options as well as options that are sweet enough without being too sweet. Plus how can you beat getting to decorate your pop with toppings?! 🎉⠀

🌡Precalentar horno a 350 grados y agregar spray de aceite a molde
🍃 PARA EL CRUST: 100 gramos de avena en hojuelas procesada, 3 claras de huevo, 1/4 cucharadita de sal, 1/4 cucharadita de levadura o polvo de hornear
🌡calentar crust por 8 minutos a 350 grados .
🍃 con cuidado dar vuelta al crust y agregar: pasta de tomate (ideal casera), 100 gramos de queso mozzarella, vegetales varios yo agregué, ajo, cebolla, chile verde, cilantro y cola de gallo (chile picante) y hornear por 5 minitos a la misma temperatura .
😍 acompañar con ensalada fresca casera 🍕
