A major problem some of us face is that we’re trying to do too much all at once. But did you know: you are a lot more productive when you focus on one thing at a time. So take a step back, create a plan and conquer those goals! 👊🏻
Tip: Having daily/monthly/annual to-do lists keeps you focused and increases productivity (and its oh so satisfying when you can ☑️ things off☺️) #EssentiallyYou
I legitimately just welcome to brand new coaches to my team and I couldn’t be more excited for them. #womensupportingwomen
One is an incredible woman who’s been a challenger of mine. She’s been following these programs for sometime now and is ready kick start this side hustle and start helping others gain success with programs like she has.
The next amazing new coach is a NEW mama to a set of twins. Like brand spanking new! They’re only a month old!! #twinmama
Neither of these woman have experience, but what they do have is the PASSION to help others while also working on themselves. To share their perfectly imperfect journey. #fitnessjourney
This can be you too.
All training provided.
I’m looking forward to hearing from you.
Let’s connect girl ✌🏻

"I am a recreational cyclist, martial artist, hiker, swimmer, yogi and training, addressing weaknesses or imbalances in the gym rather, makes all of these activities safer and more enjoyable. I am going to be 40 this year. I wanna say that my goal is to be in the best shape of my life and to celebrate conquering all of my physical setbacks (ie. injuries and surgeries). I became passionate about fitness in 2001, after I rehabbed through a shoulder dislocation and got my personal trainer/medical exercise specialist certificate. I realized early on that movement is medicine and I used this philosophy during my career to not only nurture and build resilience in myself but also in hundreds of clients and students worldwide. I think during my previous years, I worked out because I was never satisfied with myself. I didn’t feel good enough and wanted to be a better version of myself. That is pretty stressful over the long term because there is no limit to that. As in, no matter how good you make yourself, you can always be better.
I think now, my workouts are more of a celebration of my strength and self love. I still want to improve myself on a daily basis, but it is not rooted in a philosophy of self-depreciation. Fitness has been a cornerstone to keeping me happy, healthy and strong. It has given me the gift of athleticism, knowledge and allowed me a skill to help empower others. I have had so many amazing adventures worldwide because of my fitness.
To anyone beginning your fitness journey...build the habit. The majority of success stories include showing up. If you are consistent then you have the opportunity to make adjustments based on prior workouts, learn about what you are doing and become more in tune with your environment. The body needs gradual levels of external stressors to change and this is only possible with consistency. Always feel good about your efforts to take care of yourself even on lower energy days.
What keeps me motivated? Knowing I am always one workout away from turning a bad day around, feeling even more incredible and learning something new about myself." @andrea_podracky 🙏💪💥
💰FEAR ALMOST COST ME $30,000...
Raise your hand if you are letting fear hold you back from growing your business...
Are you allowing it to control what you do or don't do in order to scale your business?
Is it actually costing you money because you are too afraid to shoot for your big goals?
You aren't alone, I have been there too! ⬇️
Last year when I opened my online shop I truthfully did NOT want to sell my presets. Not because I didn't want others to use them, but because I was afraid that someone would hate them! I was afraid that someone would talk bad about them or ask for a refund. I was afraid that if someone criticized them, then I would begin to question my own work!
If I would have let fear hold me back, I would have lost out on over $30,000 last year.
Fear can only control what you let it control...
Fear can only have as much weight as you allow it to...
Fear is causing you to actually lose money and traction in your business every minute that you let yourself sit in it....
Heck, fear kept me from making this post for a long time because numbers are scary and vulnerable to post! I knew someone out there though needed to know just how much fear could be holding them back right now and how it could change their life if it wasn’t!
Don't give fear a say in how or when you chase your dreams of growing your business!
Drop an emoji below if you are done letting fear take over!
Thank you @ketotransformations for featuring my story 😍😍😍 the main reason I have this account is to keep myself accountable but if my story can help motivate others that would be a super awesome bonus. Thank you for following, my name is Carolina. I have been married for 11 years and am a mother of 3 little monsters (2, 3 and 6 yr olds). I work full-time as a special education teacher and tutor occasionally during the week and weekends. It can be done. I've always been a yo-yo dieter. Lose 10 pounds here and there and then have gained it all back. This is the longest I've stuck around. This is not a diet, it truly is a life style.
When you have more space in your hotel room than the actual gym.. wtf lol so glad I can take my workouts on the go and with minimal space! No joke the widest spot in that gym was less than 2ft 🙄. ⠀
Ignore my messy floor, it’s been a day and I needed to get out of my work clothes as fast I could haha
Do you struggle with “feeling” your glutes work during leg day? 🤷🏼♀️
If the answer is yes, & you are someone who tends to feel more soreness in your legs vs. your actual glutes... Don’t worry, you’re not alone!
I myself used to struggle with this when I first started lifting, & I know a majority of people struggle with activating their glutes before and/or during their workouts too.
Without proper activation and exercise selection, it results in no real glute progress over time. 👎🏼
When you want to build a strong & sexy backside, you have to do a lot more than just squats, machine exercises, & kickbacks... Your glutes are a very large muscle that need to be worked frequently with a variety of reps, sets, angles, resistance, tension, tempos & more! 🔥
A large part of my coaching and own personal training is prioritized around working the glutes with unique and effective methods! 🤓🍑🏋🏼♀️
I want to share 4 of my favorite and most commonly used glute exercises with you! These exercises will all be found in my 4 Week Challenge, with at home versions included too! 👇🏼😍
1️⃣Double banded dumbbell hip thrust
2️⃣Stiff legged barbell deadlift
3️⃣Quadruped hip extension (to the side)
4️⃣Cable goblet squat

Today was a rough day.
My mindset wasn't great. My body hurt. I felt hurt by things I shouldn't be hurt by. I couldn't control my anxious thoughts. My spirit just felt cracked.
I could not tell you the why behind this because I honestly don't know. Maybe it is the frustration of slow recovery. Maybe it is the feeling of the end of April (teachers feel me here). Or maybe it is just one of those days.
I was sitting in PT feeling heavy with inadequacy, frustration, and just hurt when I realized I needed to not demonize those feelings but rather acknowledge them and work through them.
I have to be able to say, "How I feel right now in this moment is NOT who I am. This feeling of inadequacy does not make me, as a person, inadequate. My spirit may feel cracked right now but it will not always feel like this."
So I will do what I need to do to feel lighter and to calm the anxious thoughts within me.
I share this today not for pity or sympathy but as a reminder that it is O K A Y to admit to yourself that your spirit feels heavy or that things just feel off. Acknowledge its presence and do what you need to do to work through it. But just know you are not alone in that feeling.
