Recently I have been taking time to focus on myself and the direction I want to move in.
There is a lot i want to do but I often doubt myself and what I am capable of achieving. I want to be the change that improves lives and takes us back to a world that cares more about lives than likes.
I learnt to be the person the world needs me to be, I must first become the person I want to be.
This Friday I will be flying out to Bangladesh to continue the journey of giving back.
When I return with your help I would like to start producing regular content that will help the world be a better place from Fitness Vids, Healthy Recipes, Adventure, social issues but most of all vulnerability. Too many people want to show a polished persona and want acknowledgement by others. I want to show the world that you don't need to conform and you don't need to be the same as everyone else. Wether I reach one person or 10 it will be worth it.

I’m still not able to run on my ankle, but I did go out for a round of gold today which meant walking just over 9km. It’s fine to walk on but I did try a gentle run on Friday and it didn’t feel right still. I’m hoping to get back out running next week. Hating not being able to run! Especially when I’ve got the run in the woods in a couple of weeks time 😫😬 •
After 9 trips (I think?) to Hawaii I finally made it to the top of Diamond Head! I’ve never wanted to do it before as i felt I would die trying. I didn’t and it makes me feel so confident to see how fit I’ve become lately!

So these were the last two rounds (did each three times)... after 5x5 squats, pull-ups, landmine squat to press and a bunch of other stuff. Four months to get ready for the Beast! Now let’s get rid of the rest of the snow 😐. Did I mention how much I love burpees? .

Hard work is all it takes. Set your goals, become disciplined, and put in the damn work, it’s that simple. All I hear day in and day out is people complaining about the way they look, and how they wish they could be more fit.
