I was not granted the gift of being tech savvy and does anyone really understand the cloud? BUT! Social media is a gift and I am lucky enough to have a platform that allows me to work whenever and wherever.
Every day is practice and for me showing up and being my authentic self without fear of how others might perceive me is hard sometimes, but I’ve ultimately become more comfortable with myself and my voice.
I get to use the internet to meet cool ass like minded people who just want to live this life on their own terms and are willing to switch gears. Dreary day fuel, Paleo Waffles and Bacoooooon! I’m not 💯 % paleo or anywhere near it. I’m usually experimenting with different foods and ways of eating because I find it fascinating. There is no “one size fits all.” I also like to snack a lot so restricting certain foods for me usually leads to binging said food.
For December, I’m definitely trying to cut back on the sweets. This breakfast combination was pretty dang tasty. I added an egg to the mix and the texture was perfect! While the “syrup” pales in comparison to REAL maple syrup, it did provide the right amount of sweet (monk fruit, zero sugar sweetness). And berries always amp up a meal.
Worth a try if you looking to cut back on those sweets! What kind of foods do you eat to satisfy sugar cravings?
