  • все ли в вашей жизни так, как вы хотите?

в последнее время так много думаю о том, что мои запросы и желания растут вместе со мной.
я многое могу себе позволить, а многое не могу.
многое хочу, о многом мечтаю, многое изучаю и пытаюсь понять как определенные люди достигают определенных успехов.

вы вообще верите в то, что самопрограммирование и посылы в космос работают?
я тот самый человек, который верит в чудеса, призраков, в высшие силы, в судьбу, но одновременно и в то, что каждый кузнец своего счастья и лайфмейкер для себя самого)

в моем окружении очень много крутых и успешных людей и я обожаю такие знакомства, обожаю общение с такими людьми, люблю искать отличия их от остальных и пытаться понять почему именно этот человек добился чего-то из ряда вон. 
а еще больше я люблю успешных женщин, которые несут в массы что-то свое.
я к чему? постоянно изучаю инстаграм, перехожу с одной страницы на другую, подписываюсь, отписываюсь, но вот @elena_blinovskaya меня прям зацепила, потому что ее страница попалась мне как раз в тот момент, когда я начала чаще задумываться о том, что наши мысли и хотения имеют огромную силу.

в то же время, уже где-то полгода одна моя подруга в своем инстаграме постоянно пишет о картах желаний, как намечтать себе что-то, как запрограммировать себя на то, что тебе нужно.
в общем, к чему это все.
девушка, о которой я рассказала выше, ведет свой марафон исполнения желаний - @my_dream_on , новый поток которого вот-вот стартанет.
еще одно совпадение, которое и натолкнуло меня принять в нем участие..) если честно, вообще впервые ввязываюсь в такую штуку, но почему-то мне кажется, что это, как минимум, поможет мне разобраться в том, чего конкретно я хочу и как правильно обо всем этом думать и преподносить свои цели для себя же самой.
И это как минимум! 
А если там вообще какое-то волшебство творится?)
может слышали что-то про Лену и ее марафон? Или даже проходили?

а вообще, поделитесь, как вы идете к своим целям и мечтам?

  • My health goals are a tad different than before being pregnant. But as I reevaluate my goals during this stage, I realize it’s pretty much the same! The only difference now, is to NOT lose weight right now BUT to have a healthy pregnancy! and because of this program, I know how to have a healthy pregnancy, make healthy decisions, and keep healthy habits! So far I’m already having a much smoother pregnancy than the first time. My symptoms are WAY LESS and I truly believe it’s because I am loving a healthier lifestyle. There’s never a bad time to become healthier!!!! We can make excuses all day long, but in the end, we will always be able to find an excuse to not make changes. I can use this pregnancy as an excuse to be unhealthy, but instead, I’m using it as my motivation to continue being healthy, knowing that it’s better for me and baby, and it will be a much smoother postpartum for me as my body gets back to where it was. 🥒🥗🥦🥑💪🏻🤸‍♂️🧘‍♀️❤️

A new study by researchers at NASA has confirmed that the earth is warming and at an alarming rate.
The researchers used data from a satellite-based infrared measurement system called AIRS (Atmospheric Infra-Red Sounder) to measure the "skin" temperature of the earth from 2003 to 2017 and compared the data with air temperatures collected by research stations using the Goddard Institute for Space Studies Surface Temperature Analysis (GISTEMP), according to the study published Wednesday in Environmental Research Letters. NASA discovered the results of the two datasets were consistent during the time period studied. NASA also confirmed that 2016, 2017 and 2015 have been the warmest years on record, in that order.
“This is important because of the intense interest in the detail of how estimates of global and regional temperature change are constructed from surface temperature data, and how known imperfections in the raw data (due to station moves, gaps, instrument and practice changes). “So I used to be active duty Army, then I had a baby. I kept that pregnancy weight, then got out active duty and moved over to the National Guard. Dealing with the transition of going from military to civilian, along with going back to school full time, being a new mom and having anxiety and depression really took a toll on me. I continue to gain more weight. It wasn’t in till I went on a cruise last year and saw pictures of how big I’ve gotten plus failing my first PT test ever since I’ve been in the military for 6 years was when I was like “girl you need to make a change. “I would put in some work going to the gym and partly eat right, but I wasn’t seeing real results. After seeing me struggle for a couple of months, that’s when my husband suggested I go get a personal trainer. I took his advice, found Grace on Facebook and the rest is history. I started off with 2x a week, 1 hr sessions, but with my crazy life schedule, I couldn’t keep with consistency, so I moved over to an online client and it’s been amazing. One thing I love about Grace is how down to earth, relatable and realistic she is. She isn’t one of those fly by night trainers. She actually cares. She’s gone through some real stuff that we can all relate to. Over all I’ve lost 12 lbs and 5 inches around my waist. I still have a while to go (I have 2 out of the country vacations I’m going on later this year) but I just want to thank show my progress and thank Grace for believing in me and having faith when I didn’t and showing me the correct way to lose weight and keeping it off.”

  • I was asked recently to think of the five things that make me, me. The first thing that came to mind was being a mom. Then I came up with a couple more but struggled to really nail down 5 things. 
It struck me that being a mom can really become all-consuming. Of course, our kids are our some of our biggest successes, but they aren’t what define you as a person. 
You had goals, dreams and hobbies before kids...and while there is a season that all you will do is service tiny humans 😅 it’s important to pursue the things that spark you! 
Kids need a mom they can be proud of, so get out there and run that marathon, build that empire, land that dream job, travel, play sports, garden, or whatever else you dream of doing! After all, they are watching your example!❤️
