the Team Tripp trio takes San Francisco! ❤️🌁 we had the best time taking Taz on his first trip and showing him around our old stomping grounds! SF was such a huge part of our lives and it was truly such a joy being there with our little man and showing him our favorite spots. 🤗 Taz also did so good in his first flight!!! it wasn’t necessarily easy traveling with him, but so worth it to create the family memories. ❤️ can’t wait for many more family trips to come this year! i’ll share my tips for traveling with a little babe in a blog post soon. ✨ i’m linking all of our outfits with the @liketoknow.it app! http://liketk.it/2JnAe #liketkit#LTKbaby#LTKmens#LTKcurves#teamtripp#mysf#goldengatebridge
ps: this is one of our favorite locations to shoot with the iconic Golden Gate Bridge in the background! just map Fort Point in your phone and it’ll take you right under the bridge!

„Sunset Sailor“ - San Francisco, USA ⛵️
‘Dreamers chart their own course and destiny.’ Can you spot that little sailing boat?
Note: this shot was entirely edited with one of my updated ‘Wanderlust’ presets. Go check them out if you haven't done so yet (link‘s in my bio) and don't forget to use the hashtag #MDPfeature for a chance to be featured. ✌🏻
I just came to say hello! 🤗 Sound on! Do you recognize these four SF locations? Two of them are popular and the other two not so much.

Here for the workout classes that feel more like a party than a workout. 🚲 best start to the day @soulcycle#soulgifted • definitely not where I want to be, but making fitness and health a priority this year after neglecting it the majority of 2019. Also, thanks for snapping this photo for me against your will, @ptinucci 😏

Another View of the Golden Gate | San Francisco, CA
Two weeks ago I was staring at this gorgeous view (the scenery not me, luckily I get to stare at myself daily 😭😂😭😂) and feeling very refreshed. Perhaps it was a fusion of the salty air, the beautiful warm lighting, and the infinite horizon. I'm making a point of keeping these grounding moments close to me & my heart as the days pass. 🌊🌼
Bonus TM Post 5 - October 2017 ————————————————————————— ~ Tough Mudder NorCal in Sonoma was scheduled for the weekend of Oct 14th/15th. The event would ultimately be canceled because of the Northern California Firestorm
~ On October 9th the Tubbs fire started and became the most destructive(at the time) and one of the most deadly fires in California history. ~ Fires started in 9 different counties
~ Entire neighborhoods were destroyed. The city of Santa Rosa took the biggest hit. ~ There were quite a few people I knew from the community that were effected by the fires. ~ Some people were upset that the race was canceled(like Tough Mudder could control the fire) but since I already had the time off for the race I headed up North and a few friends and I volunteered at a donation center ~ Last picture is just Moose and @toughwilson because this post was a little heavier than most and we needed a Hooray🙃
Thursday was an epic SUN day in the Bay Area. The morning sunrise was truly magnificent and could easily have stood on its own as a great SUN day, but it was the sunset on Thursday night that was insanely amazing. The burn began around 5:25 PM, and was still lingering until close to 7PM. This photo was shot from down on the rocks of the Bay in Cavallo Point in Sausalito, alongside @bersonphotos and @bennyhaaa.
Enjoy today’s photo.

Amber and I had some fun playing amateur photographers by the bridge yesterday. The bay is beautiful, and exploring the old naval batteries was neat #sfbay#goldengatebridge#neature

The Manipura, or solar plexus chakra is the foundation of our personality and identity. It is located between the navel and solar plexus and is the center of our willpower. This chakra both seeks pleasure while also helping us connect with our power, confidence and responsibility.
It affects our abity to be compassionate, our will power and our self-esteem. The energy of a balanced Manipura allows us transform solar momentum into action by helping us meet life's challenges with a strong will to move forward.
One way to do this is to be proactive rather than reactive in uncomfortable situations.
Individuals with an overactive solar plaxus chakra react to life's circumstances with emotional outbursts. Leaving them feeling drained and worn out. This chakra affects how conscious we are when it comes to the choices we make. If someone's Manipura is blocked, they are likely to watch life pass them by.
You always have the power to choose what direction we want to go. You can choose to live out your purpose. You can choose love over fear and freedom over a false sense of entrapment. This chakra is the home of your self-esteem so it's important that you take care of it, especially if you have goals and dreams.
