Who doesn’t love a course with a view!
Staddon Heights May not be a world famous course, but the views were pretty spectacular! Such a shame about the weather, but I can totally see why so many people have recommended it - I absolutely loved it!
Will definitely be making the trip back there in the summer...or at least when the weather is better
Awesome pre-season practice in turkey this week!! Learnt a hell of a lot with my game of golf. Identifying the strengths and working on the weaknesses. 💯👌🏻
Wishing everyone an awesome season of golfing for 2019!!
Many of you have a difficult time rotating your hips and/or avoiding excessive lateral shifts throughout the #golfswing (i.e. Sway and Slide). Both of which make it very difficult for consistent solid contact.
The adductors are responsible for internally rotating your trail hip into the trail leg during your backswing as well as internally rotating your lead hip into the lead leg during the downswing.
They also play a role in stabilizing the pelvis while standing, walking and of course throughout the duration of the golf swing.
Prior to the drill shown, it's best if you use a foam roller on your adductors, rolling near the groin as well as closer to the inside of the knee. Doing so, will help bring blood flow to the inner thigh and open a window for you to make some change.
As I mention in the video, be sure to use the adductors on the leg which has the knee in contact with the floor. I want you to use the adductors on this leg to not only lower your body slowly into an end range stretch but also to pull you back up to the starting position.
