  • Today’s breakfast be Ragi on the table🥣
Everyday, its very difficult to decide what to make for breakfast which is healthy, nutritious and tummy filling all together. So, today we had ‘Ragi’- the king of grains on our table which is high on fibre and 10✖️calcium compared to wheat and rice. We mixed @soulfullfood ragi flakes, a small teaspoon of @soulfullfood multigrain loopies, again a small teaspoon of @soulfullfood almond and raisins crunchy millet muesli in milk with small pieces of bananas and apple in it for breakfast. 
Truely, this is what lavish breakfast we were looking for these days. 
For kids Ragi has good following benefits-
🍒Rich in calcium and hence good for children bones

🍒High in fibre content

🍒It battles anaemia 🍒It is natural relaxant 🍒It is an excellent baby food
🍒 Ragi boots lactating 🍒Reduces the risk of diabetes in kids
