  • Today’s Contemplation Card is POSITIVITY 
I’ve touched on this before...although positivity is important, you don’t have to be positive 100% of the time to lead a great life. 
I mean, leave the complaining at home, but it’s unrealistic to think that life should be happy and positive all the time. 
That’s why I kinda can’t stand the #goodvibesonly crap. 
I’m a #allvibeswelcome kinda girl 😉

BUT, I’m also going to help you find a solution when you’re struggling with something 
It’s ok to vent about your crappy boss/job, but it’s not ok to not have a plan to get a better boss/job. 
It’s ok to want to throat punch your teenager, but it’s not ok to not try a different approach next time. 
It’s ok to be frustrated with your current situation (be it your health, finances, relationship...), but it’s not ok to wallow in self pity and not do anything about it. 
Life is gonna kick your ass from time to time and it’s completely ok to be sad or angry, even devastated. It’s ok to take a second and collect yourself. 
But then it’s time to pick yourself back up and get back at it. 
Take it from someone who took way too long feeling sorry for herself after her son’s type 1 diagnosis!! Feel the feels, but don’t get lost an those feelings. Don’t settle in with them. 
It’s a waste of your precious time. 
So that’s what positivity means to me. 
It means you have a host of feelings and you need to accept them, but in the end it’s your choice to find a positive solution.

  • Getting rid of the funky junk clogging up my brain and getting back to the stuff that matters. ❤️ Sometimes you need a break, and it's okay to step back and realize that. Everything will keep going, so know that it's okay for you to take 10 minutes (or a day if that's what you need!) for yourself. 🤗 
Your cup has to be full so you can spill into others. ☕

  • Êtes-vous perfectionniste ? Avez-vous du mal à lâcher prise ? Votre crédo est-il « on n’est jamais mieux servi que par soi-même » ? Alors vous êtes très certainement débordé(e). Je me trompe ?
Pour retrouver du temps pour soi, ralentir la course folle du quotidien, rien de tel que de cesser de vouloir tout faire soi-même ! Cela vous semble impossible ? Relevez donc le défi de cette semaine et vous découvrirez à quel point cela peut être bénéfique ! 
IDENTIFIEZ DANS VOTRE QUOTIDIEN UNE TÂCHE RÉCURRENTE À DÉLÉGUER
