  • ¿Qué te hace el jugo verde si lo tomas todos los días? 
1. Evita enfermedades: fortalece el sistema inmunológico, controla las inflamaciones y aumenta la producción de glóbulos rojos.

  • Olin kokonaisen viikon terveellinen 🥳 woooohooo 👏 nyt kun on siivottu niin näyttää oikein kauniilta nuo valmiit lautaset 😃 vihermehu on ollut IN koko viikon !! Sokeria on syöty minimaalisesti eikä edes tehnyt mieli kauheasti! 👏🤩 Huomista aamua varten on valmiit setit. Nuo leikkaamiset, kuorimiset ja siivoukset vievät niin paljon aikaa 🤦‍♀️ mutta pakko testaa näitä mehuja. En mä tuon verran syö vihreitä lehtiä joten hyvä että saa ne kaikki alas sekoitettuna hedelmiin ja maistuu hyvältä 🤩👍 #greenjuices #healthyfood #vihermehut #ollaanterveitä #oliavahtola #oliavee

  • It's no secret I ❤️ ginger :) Try this Peach 🍑 Mango Ginger Smoothie:

1 cup almond milk
1 handful kale leaves (or baby kale)
1 cup frozen peaches
1 cup fresh mango
1/2-1 inch fresh ginger peeled and grated
2 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
