Wave Particle Duality by Central State Brewing
ABV: 5% IBU: /
Wave Particle Duality sounds pretty badass to name a beer right? #happyfriday
I thought so myself, and If only it were in service of something strong and a little more complex.
But this is not a complaint by any means.
This dry hopped sour ale uses Citra and Eukanot Cryo hops. Which gives it those beautiful tropical notes.
Pineapple, green apple, some spice and mild kiwi round out the flavor profile. While the tartness makes itself present and upfront. I’m not big into to sours but with this one it wasn’t super sour and with the addition of the Citra it made it that much better.
Overall no complaints from me and I highly recommend 👍🏼

Who’s On First? by Clown Shoes
ABV: 4.8% IBU: /
Who’s on first is a Summer Ale with Passion Fruit and Pineapple Puree. Does is sound fantastic? Well, ...it’s okay... Clown Shoes is a great brewery. I will say that upfront. I have had many many of their beers and love them all. Between the can art always catching my eye, right down to the attitude of the brewery itself makes me a fan for life. #sundayfunday
But let’s talk about Who’s on First:
The aroma when pouring this bad boy is sweet with pineapple. Some malt shows up accompanied by floral hops but the passionfruit takes a backseat overall.
When it comes to taste, the nose can be misleading. The brew is less sweet then the aroma would lead you to think. A dry yeastiness and tartness mixed with pineapple notes makes for a refreshing flavor nonetheless. But feels more like a Whitbier base then an Ale. Carbonation is subdued and smooth which was very welcomed.
This is an easy drinker. But it’s also easy to forget and a rare “miss” for me when it comes to Clown Shoes. I can’t tell people to seek it out, but for myself, I will always try anything they brew 👍🏼

Mangofeber DDH by Brewski
ABV: 6.5% IBU: \
IPA with Mangos
Brewski is a Swedish brewery that from what I can gather, gets assistance from US based breweries for canning and distribution. Tampa Bay Brewing Company to be exact.
Their motto is pretty awesome which states “Brewski Don’t Do Beer, Beer Do Brewski” #happyhumpday
Mangofeber is from what the can states, a Mango IPA. But has NEIPA tendencies. Emitting notes of tropical fruits including mango, barley and citrus.
The look of it definitely is hazy. Which lends to the mouthfeel being thicker, but more effervescent then an NEIPA. In my opinion.
Flavor notes are mangos, sweet citrus, oats and funky yeast. Overall I loved this brew and I’m thinking about picking up a few more cans before they are gone 👍🏼
Kona? I barely know her! Delicious. Refreshing. Somewhat of a hidden gem. Listen, I get it 7.7 seems low. What hurt it was the 4.4% ABV and these aren’t on the cheap side. 7.7 stands. Cry in the comments if you must.

Rise (American IPA, 6.8%, 70IBU) @northhighbrewing
Would I order it again, I don’t know would I pass it up if it was offered, nope. Very aggressively hopped and for some that may be a scary factor, but this is an IPA you dad used to drink 🍻
512 Pecan Porter - a coffee porter on NITRO. Brewed by @512brewing in Austin TX.
Made with organic crystal malt, chocolate and black malts and locally grown pecans.
It has a full body and malty sweetness with a slight pecan aroma.
Tag me if you're enjoying it. Responsibly, of course. Cheers 🍻.

Urban Sombrero (Vienna Lager, 5.7%, 18IBU) @landgrantbrewing
Hmmmm this one got better as I moved my way through the glass. This has add a lime to it, written all over it, but I didn’t. This has summer written all over it and if I threw a lime in it, Urban Sombrero may jump half a point🍻light drinking for 5.7% with a small bit of malt sweetness.
3.4 (Order It Again)
8 Days A Week (Blonde Ale, 4.8%, 15IBU) @stbcbeer_cle
I don’t know if many would not order this again. Straight forward blonde ale thats not too hoppy, not too malty, not too anything, just a good Order It Again Ale. I feel like this would be a great base for many additional flavors, coffee, fruit, etc... Weather is getting nice out go put this in your glass🍻(Reviewed by Zach)

Kalmer (Kolsch, 4.8%, 20IBU) @rhinegeist
If you like cucumber lime flavor this one might rock your world, if you don’t you’ll probably dump it down a drain. It is exactly what is says it is. Neither liked or hated it, so it comes in right down the middle. Please try this one and let us know what you think🍻

Orange Grove (American Pale Ale, 5.5%, 37IBU) @stbcbeer_cle
Great start to with a bad finish that hits you a couple seconds after your drink. The orange is present but in a way to resembles an orange that is out of season and dried up. The beer up front is full of citrus and hop bitter, the finish just can’t be forgotten.

Great Lakes IPA (American IPA, 6.5%, 50IBU) @glbc_cleveland
GLBC sets the standard pretty darn high, so when you have a new brew that isn’t A “Go To” you almost feel like it is a mistake. At 6.5% this brew flows smoothly and felt like an all day kinda drinker, but watch out 6.5% is sneaky. But, besides drinkabilty it just came in at an average brew. This is a great craft brew for new craft beer drinkers🍻
