Just over 10km in the bank this morning and it was a pretty crappy run, had a few really good kms followed by a few really crappy ones, then some good kms again etc. Doing a 6hour trail run tomorrow so it’ll be lots of @fisiocremaustralia tonight, stretching and a an early night.

Bolo FUDGE de Chocolate:
5 ovos (250g)
250g de chocolate 70%
120g de adoçante culinário, xylitol ou stévia
60g de MCT em pó
1 colher de chá de fermento químico
Modo de fazer:
Bata os ovos com o adoçante. Enquanto isso, derreta o chocolate com o MCT. Junte os dois, incorpore o fermento e coloque em forma de 23cm untada. Leve em forno 180 graus por 30 minutos.
COBERTURA PROTEICA de VANILLA:
1L de leite zero lactose ou de leite de coco
80g de whey vanilla
100g de adoçante culinário, xylitol ou stévia

I don't take selfies much (ever), but I have been weight lifting consistently for 1 year as of today and I have had some progress over the months. I have lost quite a bit of fat while managing to increase my bench to 200, squat to 260 and deadlift to 350. Still baby weights, but it's a start. And obviously taking the most straight on photo with no pose... because i'm a n00b. K, proud moment over, back to art!
YOU GUYS... I officially have less than ONE month of second semster and it’s been filled with SO many ups and downs. This next month is going to be filled with many papers, tests, quizzes, and my FIRST set of ATI’s!🤭 If any of you have ATI advise, drop it for your girl below because I’ll be needing any help & advise in these next 3 weeks of preparation.
