  • I have been shredded out of my skull for a year and a half now, fluctuating around 69 to 72 kg. I have decided in this off season, to put on size and see how much muscle mass I can gain through this clean"ish" bulk. Currently sitting at 77 kg, with abs, however they are most definitely not as nice as before 🥺 let me know what you think about this quick weight gain 😂

  • Don't know if its mind over matter or just generally getting stronger but added another 10kg onto deadlifts this morning for 2x6 and then 3x4. Will stick at this weight now until it's a full 5x6 💪🏽

  • Voor vandaag delen wij een heerlijk eiwitrijk recept. Namelijk deze tonijn wraps uit de oven.🍴

De benodigdheden voor 2 wraps:
- 2 (volkoren) wraps
- 1 blikje tonijn (in water of olie)
- 1 tomaat
- 1 halve paprika
- 2 plakjes (jonge) kaas
•
Bereiding:
1. Verwarm de oven op 200 graden.
2. Beleg de wraps met bovenstaande benodigdheden.
3. Vouw de wrap dicht, en prik er 1 saté prikker doorheen zodat hij dicht blijft.
4. Leg de wraps in een ovenschaal (vet de schaal wel in met een beetje olie).
5. Leg er dan nog een klein beetje kaas overheen.
6. Zet de schaal in de oven voor ongeveer 7 minuten.
