Most people who follow a keto diet will be in a deficit, and lose some fat with the water/glycogen losses.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Today is a rest day for me! I’m taking the day to set myself up for success next week. To rest my body and my soul. To connect with some friends and to recharge.

Yesterday was rough sharing all these things that I’ve been going through and I appreciate all of your kind words. 
This week I will work on meeting my macros since I meet them Monday-Wednesday and then Thursday and Friday things got a little dodgy with the Kit Kat’s. 
Fitness is a journey for a reason. It’s not about getting to x or y goal. It’s about consistency and having the self love and compassion to accept when we deviate and get back on track.
