I had so much fun today with this routine. It was challenging but I kept pushing myself beyond my limits and NOW IS YOUR TURN! 😉

WORKOUT....
1️⃣Elevated heels barbell squats (5 x 15)

2️⃣Hack squats (2 x 20 with low weight)
(1 x 14 with mid weight)
(3 x 10 with high weight)

3️⃣Leg extension (5 x 30 drop weight every 10 reps)

4️⃣standing Calf raises (5 x 20)

5️⃣Smith squats
(5 x 12)

6️⃣Seated leg press
(5 x 15)
