so when u are looking at this - Monday to Friday is a magnificent example of a very well balanced diet but tips at the weekend coz “calories don’t count on a weekend” or “I’m gunna eat 10 cookies coz even tho I wanna lose some fat it won’t hurt me” unfortunately, them calories still are going into your body which is really the only real accurate “food diary” 🤔⁣⁣

so if your trying to lean out, lose weight or whatever your goal is, what’s the point in smashing a week of good balance to binge and not consume a single vegetable on a weekend? balance in all aspects of ur life every time will make it a lot easier & quicker to get ur goals 🌚⁣⁣

I’m not promoting to eat salads all the time, but promoting wholesome, good, nutritious food which believe it or not our body *needs* to function - with a lil bit of all the other good stuff thrown in there too. happy thursday huns I am done 4 the weeekendddddd 🤩🤩🤩

This week I started Phase 2 of MAPS Split from @mindpumpmedia. This phase focuses on muscle hypertrophy (growth) and I could not me more excited. After seeing my crazy strength and muscle gains from Phase 1, I’m looking forward to my transformation when I actually focus on maximizing growth.

That being said, I’m at the point where I have clearly gained a little fat from this clean bulk. The funny thing is, since I actually started training my abs with heavy weight, I can still see some ab definitely even with a higher amount of body fat. It’s still a little scary to be intentionally eating more and causing myself to gain fat. But I also know that under the fat, I’ve build some solid muscle. So right now I’m pretending that the fat is a curtain, hiding the statue that is being sculpted behind it. Once the sculpture is built, the curtain will be removed and the sculpture will be revealed. The masterpiece just isn’t done yet and isn’t ready.

And trying not to think about the fact that fat isn’t as easy to remove as a curtain 😂😂 But the hope is that after this reverse diet, I’ll have a faster metabolism so I’ll be able to lose fat on higher calories than I had to use previously. I’m playing the long game. Yes, I’d love to be #shredded for summer. And I do plan on shredding some fat before summer. But I also really don’t want to dig myself into a metabolic hole where I have to eat 1600 calories to maintain weight. That would probably mean having to cut out the adaptogenic lattes and that would be very sad 😢

Поэтому вчера заказали кальян на дом у @hookah_home_stavropol 😏 Давно видела этого парня в Инстраграм, но не было сбора моей банды @ms.kkkate и @evdasheva 🔥😂 Парень делает кальяны уже 10 (❗️) лет, поэтому он знает в них толк👌🏽 Сделает любой по вкусу и крепости, курился часа 3😅 Спасибо, @hookah_home_stavropol ♥️

  • I have only VERY recently started to figure out the timing on my butterfly chest to bar, recent as in the last two weeks. I FATIGUE QUICKLY, and struggle with bigger sets. 
Now we’re slammed with a ton of them in the final open workout. Pretty nervous and irritated to be honest, but I’ll simply just do the best I can and we will see what happens. The big thing for me with these is being patient in my pull. #wishmeluck #imgoingtodie #chesttobarpullups
