Wow, yesterday when I took this picture, I felt SO bloated. I was feeling down all day about myself, thinking I’m a shamu whale (name that movie reference🙃) when IM NOT?! Why are we our worst critics?! After I took this photo I was like wow. Sav. You need to chill and be kind to yourself. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Its OKAY to feel bloated, it’s NORMAL.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
SoOo here i am telling you I’m human and get grumpy and discouraged🤷🏻‍♀️ but I’m also here to tell you to shake it off (why yes I am a Taylor swift fan, how’d you know?)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here are a few tips and tricks to prevent it or soothe your pain when you feel a bit fluffy from bloating 🙈 BUT remember BLOATING IS NORMAL AND OKAY👌🏼⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💚 Don’t eat too fast, which is causing you to eat too much at one time (my worst enemy lol😋) Take time to actually enjoy your meal and listen to when you’re full. Sloooow down 🙂

💚 Avoid chewing gum. Weird right?! But you’re swallowing air constantly when you do 🤷🏻‍♀️ maybe switch over to mints ❄️
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💚 Rule out food allergies!! You may be sensitive to something you are eating 🍳 If you’re feeling bloated all the time, try eliminating factors from your diet (record it in a food diary) or see a doctor for an allergy test!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💚 Sweat it out!! Go for a walk or even try yoga! In certain yoga poses, you can position your muscles in the abdomen in a way that encourages the release of extra gas from the GI tract! 🤸🏼‍♀️
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💚 Take a bath! The heat can provide a relief for a sore abdomen and reduce stress levels 🙏🏼🛀 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💚 Increase your fiber intake slowly over a period of time (a long term fix) and cut down on salt 👏🏼
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💚 Replace fizzy drinks like soda with water 💧 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💚 Try out probiotics. They are good bacteria that live in your intestines (trust me it’s creepier than it sounds😂) but they help regulate colon bacteria. Message me if you want the list of what I use!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Was good to get back to the gym today💪🏼 happy that I can still see a lil bicep after a week of tasty edibles and not much moving🤣  A little treat here and there ain’t going to stop you from getting to where you want to be😋 got plenty of energy to smash the gym this week and get everything back on track 🥰

  • 🔥BURN FAT Vs BUILD MUSCLE

Burning fat starts in the kitchen, you need to eat in a caloric deficit in order to start burning fat.. after that you have to make sure your lifting weights so you can also gain muscle.. unless your trying to lose a bunch of fat and look super skinny  and weird with no muscle and tone..
Cardio will help you to get into a caloric deficit, but is not the most important Trang remember cardio is necessary to burn fat but you’re not gaining much muscle doing cardio so you’ll end up with a skinny fat look if you’re not lifting weights.. BUILDING MUSCLE clearly weight lifting is the number one here. You have to train hard to gain that muscle workout at least 4x a week of your serious about getting size.. next is diet you need at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight, and you need carbs. Carbs fuel your muscles eat your carbs before and right after your workout so they get sent straight to your muscles instead of being stored as fat. Remember not to overindulge I’m talking good carbs like oats, rice, potatoes.. don’t forget to drink at least a gallon of water a day, a lot of people are dehydrated and they don’t even know it you shouldn’t wait until you feel thirsty to@have a drink. If you already feel thirsty that means you’re already dehydrated. Last but not least train each muscle group 2-3x a week for the best results stay consistent the gains will@come I promise.

  • How to hit the gym with a busy schedule? 💪🏼⤵️

At the end of the day it comes down to what you prioritize! If the gym is something you value you will make the time to slip away and get it done. However, the gym shouldn’t be taking up hours of your day! 😳 I hear people talk about how they spend 3+ hours in the gym a day and to me, this is completely unnecessary and slightly absurd. 😬 If you utilize your time wisely, you can honestly get a great workout finished in about 45 min! ⏰ Some of my fav techniques to get a killer workout in quickly are supersets, minimizing rest time between sets, and just staying focused and trying my best not to get distracted!! I encourage you guys to do your best to get some physical activity in, even if you’re busy! 🏃🏽‍♀️ Remember, a bad workout is better than no workout! 💓🤩

I’ve been hit with yet another muscle injury that has put me in a constant state of rest majority of the time, so it’s obviously driving me inSANE!!! .
.
There’s no easy way to recover from an injury! It sucks but you just have to ICE it, REST it, and do EVERYTHING you can to heal it in order to get back FAST and STRONGER that ever!! 💪🏻💪🏻
