Jag kan skylla på operationen, skador, psykisk mående och att allt slutade i en ond cirkel med varandra, men det är i sin tur är rätt irrelevant. Jag VET att jag faktist bara inte gjort mitt bästa. förstå mig rätt, det är viktigt att lyssna på vad man tror man behöver, men det får inte leda till att man blir bekväm. Det är en balansgång mellan att lyssna på kroppen, och att hitta disciplin. ❤️ nya tag 2020!!

  • Circuit and boxing today @codefitnessuk first time I’ve ever done boxing 🥊 although new to me re techniques my PT @lmastin guided me through, what ever I’m faced with I know she is going to take me through step by step. When I think back to when I started, having never step foot into a gym ( the leisure centre doesn’t count) as I only ever went on the treadmill 🤦‍♀️ I have embraced everything she has asked of me, apart from be consistent with my nutrition but stop the press when I’m on point with my food intake wonderful things happen I am finally in the next stone bracket ⬇️ and I couldn’t be happier. I have turned my health and fitness around this year and all it took was belief in myself that no matter what age you are lifting weights 🏋️‍♀️ and being consistent exercising 2-3 times a week gives you back your life, and I definitely have a zest for life and a spring in my step, one week to photos to compare my progress heading into a new year on a high this year. 
If anyone out there is struggling with being over weight and struggling like I was getting walking up a flight of stairs, and approaching this time of year when I opened my wardrobe and see an array of lovely clothes and dresses, coats and boots and hate myself because not a bloody thing fits, I would just emotionally eat to comfort myself weird psychology I know but I can guarantee I was not alone ! But this year I feel fantastic I know a 51 year old mother of two and years of being yo-yo dieting and self neglect naked body is never going to look like Jenifer Aniston or Kylie minogue, beautiful ladies my age, but I’m ok with that because I have two gorgeous hardworking boys four beautiful grandchildren and a husband who adores me for me, and I am fit and health that’s the world to me 🥰
