Consistency and routine is the only way to get into shape. Keep it simple; choose 3 days a week, focus on 3 muscle groups or problem areas (my 3 groups are upper body, core and legs), start with 15 minutes of cardio, do 5 different workouts that focus only on that days muscle group and don’t forget to stretch afterward!
