I am freaking dying with the 24 hr bondage😞. I'm trying to be good because I don't want to piss the surgeon off like I did the first week. I removed the post surgery wrap because it was falling off because the swelling was going down. When I told him he was livid and kept saying you should have called 😑. I'm almost 46, what the faulk I look like calling for something that could be fixed so simply 🙄. I've made another command decision after only being able to average 3 hours of sleep a week...I stopped cinching at night. The surgeon will more than likely be pissed, but oh well...It's in my nature to be a disagreeable woman.
I am trying to compensate with the bondage during the day. I'm cinched up tight with the ab board in place 😞 the ab board is really painful during workouts. Oh well, I'll focus, put on my smile and get it in.

Three years later because I didn’t want to face the results. I went on a fitness journey with @yatafitness.
