Na mijn wereldreis van 6 maanden ben ik ongeveer twee jaar geleden begonnen met instagram. Mijn doel was om jullie te laten inzien dat genieten van het leven het allerbelangrijkste is. Met de boodschap: je bent goed zoals je bent. Mijn wereldreis had ik onder andere gemaakt omdat stervende patiënten mij in mijn leerlingentijd zo vaak hadden verteld dat ze baalde dat zij bepaalde stappen in het leven niet gezet hadden. Vooral het doen waar je gelukkig van wordt. Minder werken, meer genieten, goed voor jezelf en je familie/naasten zorgen en meer reizen. ▪

Ik heb in deze jaren mijn leven laten zien. Open en bloot. Ups and downs. Natuurlijk niet letterlijk alles gedeeld (give me some privacy too).. Maar ik heb elke kans gepakt die er is en ik ben mijn dromen aan het achtervolgen. Als ik het kan, kan jij het ook! ▪

Ooit begonnen met wat meer sportfoto's, voornamelijk foto's met eten, gezelligheid, belangrijke boodschappen en doorgegroeid met iets wat mij erg gelukkig maakt: mijn werk. Mijn eerste samenwerking was deze met @pineappleclothing_com En om deze reden geef ik deze sportlegging en sporttop graag weg! ▪

I’m not going to lie last week l was struggling big time. I had zero motivation to go workout, and had been feeling super fatigue and burned out which made it extremely hard to get myself to the gym. However, I still managed to get in 5 workouts. I am not always motivated, I am not always wanting to workout, my workouts aren’t always great, I get tired, I get lazy, but most of the time I push through it and get it done. Motivation won’t always be there and I know that, discipline is what will keep you going.

So if you’re ever feeling unmotivated and tired know you’re not alone it happens to all of us even the ones who love working out (me). The key is you being able to pick yourself up, and have that discipline to still show up. Most of the time, the hard part is just getting there. Get dressed, put on your music, and get in the zone. You will thank yourself later! 💪🏼

Honestly feeling pretty good about myself right now.  I may be in the best shape I've ever been in my life, and I'm just generally adjusting better than the last time I redeployed.  Not that I don't have my issues, but I'm dealing with them much better this go-round.  Anyway, enough about that.  Decided to work-in some ACFT stuff every now and then, just to get familiar with it, namely the standing power throw, and leg-tuck.  Definitely some technique to them, and that will come with practice.

    Honestly feeling pretty good about myself right now. I may be in the best shape I've ever been in my life, and I'm just generally adjusting better than the last time I redeployed. Not that I don't have my issues, but I'm dealing with them much better this go-round. Anyway, enough about that. Decided to work-in some ACFT stuff every now and then, just to get familiar with it, namely the standing power throw, and leg-tuck.   • My entire fitness journey has been such an uphill and downhill experience for me due to food.. I can honestly say that I do eat healthy probably 75% of the time. My relationship with food sucks.

I don’t get hungry much. Some days I do though! And those days when I hit all my meals I feel like a bad bitch. Whenever you see me post food it’s bc I’m so happy I was hungry and able to eat a full meal.

When there’s sweets around me I can’t just have one.. the self control is horrible. It’s like I gotta eat it all and it’s something that I’ve been working on for a VERY VERY long time. It’s gotten better but sometimes I just can’t control it and there I go eating the whole bag of hot cheetos 🙃

This topic is very touchy bc when I speak about it, people always come back and say “What?! I wish I was never hungry. I’m always eating” and I’m like “I get happy when I eat all my meals for like 3 days in a row, if that” it sucks. Not gonna lie. But I am working on it every single day. It sometimes gives me anxiety bc on days where I’m not hungry, I’m only focused on what I’m gonna eat the ENTIRE day to make sure I at least eat something.
