Do not ever let other people tell you how you should experience your life.
If someone accuses you of being unforgiving, that’s because they are. If they tell you to get over stuff then that’s them showing their hand they have stuff they haven’t gotten over. If they think you should accept unhealthy, dysfunctional behaviors from others-look out- that means they accept it from people in their own lives.
Healthy people HOLD SPACE for you.
They listen. They open their hearts to hold the space for your growth and healing, not tell you how to do it.
You have a right to your experiences and how they made you feel. You validate it for YOU.
Don’t let others project their wounds onto you.

When my beautiful daughter in law Jessica, gave birth... she had an experiance that hurt her body.. she's not been able to walk properly or by herself... it's very challenging to be a new.. first time mom and not have the ability to walk properly .. never take for granted our blessings of our legs or the many parts of our bodies that function freely... for when they don't function it's a challenge...

I know this is a fitness page but, in my eyes to be the best version of yourself means to be whole & complete & secure with your mind, body & soul. when they are firing on the same cylinders it is then when we are able to feel oneness within ourselves & the world around us.
I had the opportunity to attend an energy healing party with a very close friend of mine. my journey with mediating, essential oils, journaling, and discovering ways to heal my body and mind started about two years ago. Upon my arrival at the energy healer, I was so extremely nervous as to what was going to be said in regards to my being. I knew I’ve made strides but, I was fully aware of my flaws and where I fell short. the time I spent having my energy healed was so inspiring and eye opening in regard to the way I view myself and the people around me. she stressed the importance of positivity and really practicing what you preach. the need for a mantra and something that you recite each morning and at times of adversity. It has been a few days since I was healed and I can describe myself feeling more light, airy, free, and open.
Overall, mental health is the utmost importance on this journey of life. Surround yourself with people who have high vibrations and rid yourself of the people who bring toxic energy into your life. Find hobbies and activities that make you feel whole. Experience the world with an open mind and heart. Create happiness within you to best serve those around you. These little silicone suction cups were busy this week SAVING MY LIFE! I love that I can work on healing my body while simultaneously moving around the gym coaching classes. It keeps me SO MUCH HAPPIER than laying flat on a heating pad. And attitude is everything when your body needs to heal! 🙌🏻

When my friend @jjhines sent me the photo on the left this morning from FOUR YEARS AGO, and started gassing up how amazing my progress has been... I was blown away! 🌬🌬🌬 Sometimes, I think, you don't realize how much progress you've made until you pause and look back. Having my fair share of rocks ☄and bumps in the past, I've made a habit of only looking forward... this showed me that taking a peek back every now and then isn't such a bad thing after all.
