I know that it can be much easier to neglect your pain, to shove it under the rug & pray that it will disappear as time goes on. This may work temporarily on the surface, but every time you feel that little glimpse of hope and timidly peak underneath the rug to see if your pain has vanished, it is still there, staring you in the eyes, throbbing.
Sometimes healing can hurt even more than breaking... Pouring rubbing alcohol on a fresh cut stings much deeper than the cut by itself, but we do it anyway, we breathe through that sting to ensure proper healing, and if we avoid the rubbing alcohol out of fear, that cut may become infected, resulting in even deeper, prolonged pain.
Healing is not easy. It is not meant to be easy... but you deserve the proper care, do not rob yourself of that, do not wish your wounds away - clean them, care for them, give them the nurturing love that they need to repair... There is light beneath those throbbing agonies awaiting to be seen & felt, but you are the only one who holds the power to uncover that. Challenge the depths of your strength & illuminate that light, grant yourself the peace of recovery. You are so much more than the pain that has been inflicted onto you. Believe in yourself. 💓💓💓

We live in a world of instant gratification: high-speed internet, same-day delivery, fast food. But real, lasting change >> takes time << and can be anything but instantly gratifying.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The road to change can be long and winding – we stumble, double back, and often can't see what's over the next hill. Luckily there are several tools to see us through, and you know our favorite... meditation. 🧘♀️⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Meditation connects you to the part of yourself that knows you are on the right path, and all that comes your way is for your highest good. The ego wants everything to be perfect (right now!), but the higher Self understands that the toughest changes facilitate the most profound growth. Every time you meditate, you are reminded to be patient with yourself, for you are exactly where you should be.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💬 Tell us: have you meditated today?

A gold aura signifies divine protection and enlightenment. When you radiate this colour aura, it means that you have achieved something that not a lot of people can. 💛
This colour also signifies that you possess wisdom, intuition, spiritual enlightenment, and inner peace. 💫
Understanding the soul can be one of the hardest tasks to do.
Heck, most people think the word soul is a mystical thing and doesn't exist let alone explore it?
What If I told you, that to really get to the deepest part of you, you had to strip every layer. Be naked for a little bit. No protection, no safety net just total vulnerability.
Would you still do it?
If you want the truth, that is my current journey. As a coach, to truly serve and grow I feel I become a little more naked and a little more vulnerable everyday.
I live my life, finding and extracting the truth and will not settle for anything less than the highest part of my highest soul.
This journey is the scariest and most beautiful thing i am yet to experience, and everyday I find out something new about myself.
I thank above for my gifts!
Isn't it time you acknowledged yours? #coach#mindset#soulwork#soul#deeperlevel#healing#intuition#trust#truth#openheart
The ageLOC Galvanic Spa uses self-adjusting galvanic currents and interchangeable conductors that work

As survivors, we carry with us not only the ghosts of our past, but also a number of feelings whose source is often unknown. They float to the surface when we least expect it, often triggered by feelings of fear or vulnerability...which can make having a relationship extremely challenging.
For this reason it is extremely important to become aware of our feeling and how our partners experience them.
Common feeling you might experience:
• Inferior, not good enough
How your partner experiences/interprets this:
It is often very difficult for survivors to trust and engage in open dialogue with their partners. Shutting down often becomes second nature, but it leaves our partners wondering what the hell happened.
If you know this is part of your pattern, try to become more aware of your own feeling. Seeking the roots and the triggers not only will help you navigate and heal, it is something that you can share with your partner so that they can offer the compassion and support that is necessary to navigate these challenging interludes.
Ok...here we go, this is a big one.
Relationships. How are you relating right now? How’s that been going for you the past 3-6 months?
We are in a moment in time where there is a huge shift in how we relate. I have had no less than 10 people in my field reevaluating and/or deconstructing massive relationships in their lives. Their relationships with their significant others, their relationships with their family and most importantly, their relationship with themselves. It’s time we really began to ask ourselves some pretty heavy questions and to sit in not only deep reflection with them but to do so with an epic dose of compassion and truth with ourselves on the answers.
Let’s start with relationships with significant others: Are you continuing patterns within yourself out of fear of being abandoned? Are you giving away your power? Do you feel supported in your process and evolution? (Note: none of these questions are aimed at the other..!) Family: Are you still placing blame for everything in your life on you parents/childhood? Are you continuing a behavioural pattern because ‘we’ve always done it this way’ (the single most dangerous sentence ever)? Do you still need approval from the tribe?
Relationship with self: Do you betray yourself by ignoring inconvenient inner guidance? Are you abandoning yourself for another’s needs? Do you have enough faith in yourself to not be railroaded by another?
If you’re experiencing a relationship breakdown in any way, I encourage you to sit with theses questions right now. These are the questions that helped me through the dissolution of my own relationship. They were uncomfortable AF to sit in, but I also knew, they were absolutely necessary for my own growth and process in taking full responsibility for my part in how my reality was unfolding. This takes deep compassion of self. Deep patience, and deep honouring of the other (even if that’s you!) to find the gold, the gratitude, for what gifts the relationship has brought.
Shift up your perception. Go gently but go. Do the work. Forgive. Find the gold. You got this. 💖 #bigquestions#relationships#healing#consciousness#selfawareness#selfcare#selflove

It's likely our species survived because of our knack for detecting danger. But our worry-filled thoughts can present dangers of their own: Thinking negatively can drag down our moods, our actions and even our health. Stay POSITIVE!
WHEN YOU REACH YOUR BREAKING POINT and you don't know what to do about it! My baby girl has had a tough week, an even tougher 48 hours, and an even worse past 24. She has had one panic attack after another, sobbing, begging, pleading to be taken home. "I just want to go home Mom! Please, take me home! Please Mom....please...!" cries Ember. But the thing is...she has been home. 'I want to go home,' is something Ember says when she is overwhelmed, sad, anxious, worried, fearful, and uncomfortable with her thoughts. So I hear it a lot. I feel terrible that now she can't even find refuge from her struggle at home. Home used to be her safe place. But now she can't find solace anywhere. My heart aches for her. It SUCKS when she is crying and looking to me for help and I have got nothing! These days nothing I say or do helps her. NOTHING! Helplessness is the worst feeling because as a parent you want to, and also feel like you HAVE TO fix it for your child. And not being able to is a hard medicine to swallow for me! #ocd#panic#fear#broken#sad#struggle#anxiety#mentalillness#autism#specialneeds#support#depression#strength#recovery#healing#hope#mybabygirl#lovethem#teen#kids#mom#dads#yougotthis#keepgoing#nevergiveup#believe#mentalhealth
It was a month ago I spent a weekend with an uncle and aunt I hadn't yet gotten to know in Kona, on the Big Island.
My uncle Jon and I swam out a good distance, in line with a sweet little sailboat.
He told me that my grandmother, his mother, had swam that far when she was visiting a month earlier. She'd just finished rigorous and unkind chemo, and now the doctors were finally letting her resilient body rest and nurture itself. She floated out there in the salty Pacific. The thing about the ocean is, that it heals. "You want to go farther, don't you? Okay, how bout to that rock?" So we swam farther. The ocean so strong, her push and pull, a sentient force. "Farther? Okay, okay.. how bout to that rock." And now tired, I let the ocean hold me and sun soak in. I dove under. He dove under. We both came up and paused. And back under. "Did you hear that?" And to our right, not all too far out, whales breaching.
No matter where you are in the world, the only place to find true happiness is within yourself. 🕉 ☯️ •
I know here is where I am suppose to be, to heal, to open my heart, and to learn to love again.
I am finding that everything on the outside is an illusion~~ it’s only how we perceive our worlds to be from the inside that we can enjoy living in union. •
Practicing meditation is a daily part of my studies here. Meditation is designed to activate the yin and yang energies in your body. Bringing balance and wholeness to your body, mind, and spirit. Breath practice is so powerful in enhancing the life force or light within us that holds energy. I had the pleasure of opening up to one of the owners here , while he talked me through a deep visual meditation to help heal my past traumas.
Never in my life have I felt more honored, accepted and appreciated for my raw heart~ it was poetic 🌹 🌹 #meditate#sacredgeometry#beachtreasures#natureblessings#mandala#alignwithnature#wild#inspire#yin#yang#pranayama#healing#beautiful#mexico#journey
🙈Yo estoy empezando el mío y me esta ayudando mucho a trabajar con la paciencia, ver cómo poco a poco todo se va dando, todo va creciendo. Como en la vida de nosotrxs.
Es realmente lindo ver todo eso! 🌵🌎

To make space
For new growth
My womb is the pulse
My blood is my body’s
She is the queen
And I am her devotee
For this human life
I’ve been given this treasure
Keep teaching me how to make space
For all that you can hold
My beauteous flesh

I think I’m in love with Primally Pure @primallypure
It feels like the products are trying to woo me. 😏
The packaging of these products was so beautiful and then the actual items are incredible.
The toner has amazing ingredients and I’m able to use it all over my body and face. It has lavender, apple cider, tea tree, aloe Vera and so many other wonderful ingredients. It’s already showing a difference on my skin.
The charcoal deodorant is officially a holy grail product! I’m never letting go of this deodorant, it doesn’t leave behind residue or any trace of grease. •
The moisturizer, it’s has a strong scent and contains Blue Tansy. I’m just starting to use the moisturizer, so I want to do a detailed review on it later.
Finally, Primally Pure has the products that I’d happily put down big bucks for. Approved ❤️
My @oprah Art Project ... every year on her birthday I make a vision board or do something to honor her inspiration in my life. One of my other most pivotal Oprah experiences that transformed my life was a show that I saw when I was a 14/15 year old kid about sexual abuse. Back in that time sexual abuse wasn't spoken about on a public platform AT ALL and obviously that has transformed so much with social media our culture as a whole and. obviously the me too movement.
I remember standing in my living room as a child watching the panel of women on Oprahs stage and hearing them all speak about their experiences. What struck me and changed my soul was as a kid watching these women in their 30s and 40s who had been abused when they were children and hearing them speak about how it was still affecting their life. It was affecting their ability to heal, forgive it was affecting their marriages their sex lives and had basically left a hole that never went away. I was completely stunned and had never considered that something that happened to me when I was 8 years old could potentially affect me in my later years. That day I made a vow to myself that I would spend as many years as it took to fully heal myself so that I didn't end up carrying this trauma into adulthood. I wasn't just thinking of myself I was thinking of other people in my life and relationships and the effect that it could have on them as well if I chose to Harbor resentment and carry this pain or even worse... blame...
Again social media and typing cannot emphasize the details and power of these moments... but none the less I am forever grateful not only to Oprah but for the women on that platform who I single-handedly give credit for me being able to have fully healed from that.
Even though everyone has a different healing Journey, I pray anyone with a similar experience is able to release the pain through their own soul journey. #magazinedesign#oprahwinfrey#ahamoment#liveyourbestlife#happybirthdayoprah#inspiring#25yearsofTheOprahShow#lessons#growth#change#openmind#heartprints#mattiestepanik#lifelessons#gratitude#forgiveness#healing#thankful#oprah#everevolving#iamwellandgood

You’re holding a cup of water and then someone comes along and bumps into you, making you spill your water everywhere.
Why did you spill the water?
“Well because someone bumped into me”! Wrong answer. You spilled the water because there was water in your cup.
Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea.
*Whatever is inside the cup, will spill out.* Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It’s easy to fake it, until you get rattled.
So we have to ask ourselves... “What is in my cup?” When life gets tough, what spills over?
