💋So many fun things planned with my family in the next month. So excited to have my little guys home in a couple weeks to spend time celebrating what this season is all about...giving, being thankful, appreciating all the love in our lives and spreading kindness wherever we can. It’s been a big big year for us. Lots of amazing life changes that are soaking in and feeling just right...it definitely took some leaps of faith, prayers and work but I’m so glad for what turns life took us on this year. It taught me to always believe in your heart and to always do what you know deep down is the best thing for yourself and those you love no matter how hard that path may seem. Life is too short to not do whatever it is that fills you up and brings the joy you deserve in your life and your heart every day. Cheers to everyone to this holiday season. I haven’t been posting much about my personal life, because I haven’t felt quite ready... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If it were all on me; then I’d have opened up much sooner. But having left my long-term relationship it was only fair to respect my ex-partner, because all I want for him is the best. And so many people have been commenting (on YouTube especially), that I felt the need to address this. Edit; NOTHING bad happened between us. He deserves the best and is an incredible person.
It sounds cliché but since then, I’ve been on an emotional rollercoaster. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’ve grown as a person more so than any other time in my life. I’ve found new interests, reconnected with old friends, and opened my mind to things I’d never imagined myself being into (hello quantum physics). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Since then, someone came into my life who showed me how to have fun. And they broke my heart.
Other people came into my life, and showed me what I don’t want from someone... and that I can only prioritise something when I see it going somewhere. And that’s ok too.
People and things come into your life and they teach you about you. About how you think, what you want, and how you react.
Because of my experiences; I’ve stepped into my power. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I now know what I want. In life, love, and spirit.
For a while; I felt very lonely. I hurt deep inside. All I could think about was finding someone. But here’s what I’ve learned: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You do you; and thrive at it. Focus on your thing. Commit to it. And as you’re in your true power, the person and opportunities which are just right for you will enter your life. And it’ll be effortless. Because you’re focusing on growing you, and they’re focusing on growing them.
Seeking something is painful. And it allows that thing to have a hold over you.
My experiences in the past few months have allowed me to grow my business and myself; to deepen my relationships with those around me; and to be more present in my experiences.
I don’t quite know how to conclude this one. But just realise that everything is temporary; the good and the bad. #ImpactSchool

The older I get the more I realize how important it is to have BALANCE! ⠀
When it comes to fitness I used to be super restrictive with the the foods I ate, not skipping workouts no matter what, and being totally obsessed trying to get results fast. ⠀
The more patient I’ve become the easier it’s been to maintain my body and lifestyle. ⠀
Too many people start their fitness journey way too fast. No bad food, no carbs, no meat, no alcohol, no days off, etc. ⠀
As a results people get themselves into the lifestyle that is impossible to sustain. Which leads to giving up on healthy eating and not stepping a foot in the gym until they are motivated enough again. ⠀
In moderation you CAN enjoy drinks, cake, social events. You don’t have choose the healthiest thing on the menu every time. ⠀
Don’t forget that your main goal should be being happy and six pack ain’t it!😂⠀

Nie szukaj poklasku i gratulacji na każdym kroku, bo często możesz się na tym przejechać, a co za tym idzie - ZNIECHĘCIĆ 🤷♀️ Na swojej drodze na pewno znajdziesz wiele komplementów, gratulacji i klepania po ramieniu.. ale pamiętaj, że nie po to to robisz!! Po co zaczęłaś? Almost 3 weeks ago I decided I was going to make going to the gym a priority again because 1️⃣ I feel so much better in terms of energy and motivation when I consistently workout, and 2️⃣ there’s def some clothes I’d like to be able to fit into that I haven’t been able to in awhile.
With that being said, I’ve kept my goal (so far) and ya girl is down 2.5 inches! I know it’s not a lot, but it’s a step in the right direction.
Also, you’re working to lose weight, def try using measurements vs the scale because it’s so encouraging to be able to see the progress you’ve made! (S/o to my momma @nikkimcbfit for teaching me that little nugget of wisdom)

So I trained my butt off and fuelled my body full of nutritious, whole foods for 2 months and I’m not mad about it 🥳
I got down to 13% body fat by losing fat and gaining muscle
✔️I ate lots of healthy, micronutrient dense plant based foods. I lifted heavy and pushed my cardiovascular limits 🌱
