Maybe it’s not time you try the latest diet on the market. Maybe it is time for a LIFESTYLE CHANGE. 
Do all those diets we read or hear about really work? Honestly yes they do. The Investigator.
Passion/Deadly Sin: Avarice (feeling like they don’t have enough inner resources and therefore hoarding them rather than sharing them)
Need: To perceive; to fully understand

Fives are alert, insightful, and curious. They are able to concentrate and focus on developing complex ideas and skills. Independent, innovative, and inventive, they can also become preoccupied with their thoughts and imaginary constructs. They can become detached, yet high-strung and intense. They typically have problems with skepticism and isolation.

At their Best: Visionary pioneers, often ahead of their time, and able to see the world in an entirely new way.

More than any other type, Fives want to find out why things are the way they are and want to understand how the world works. They are always searching, asking questions, and delving into things in depth. They desire to accumulate knowledge for themselves so that they don’t ever have to depend on someone else. 
Fives have a very strong need for independence and personal space, and they have a measured amount of energy each day (and if the full amount of energy for that day isn’t used, it doesn’t roll over into the next day). Every interaction costs them something, and they intuitively manage their energy stores constantly throughout the day. So if they have to go to a lot of meetings and constantly be “on” throughout the day at their jobs, it’s likely that their energy tank will be completely empty by the time they get home.

Their strong need for privacy can often lead to isolation, as they are the most emotionally detached type. It’s not that they don’t have feelings; they just have the ability to have a feeling, and then let it go. They process so much in their heads that they can think things through in absence of emotion. They are the only personality type capable of true neutrality because they’re such rational thinkers. 
Wounding Message: "It's not okay to be comfortable in the world."
Healing Message: "Your needs are not a problem." Stress: In times of stress, they take on qualities of 7's.
Security: In times of security, they take on qualities of 8's.

Richtig, auf Schnäppchenjagd zu gehen. Also  kauft man anschließend beim Obsthändler des Vertrauens für 10€ eine ganze Obstabteilung. Nicht das ich mich, auf Grund meines Zustandes, plötzlich für eine gesunde Ernährung entschieden hätte... aber das Angebot kann man einfach nicht ausschlagen.

Em um mixer  triture as sementes de chia. Acrescente água aos poucos (sempre mexendo) até obter a consistência de um ovo (não demasiado consistente nem demasiado líquida).

Acrescente a chia hidratada à polpa de morango, igualmente o fermento, o açúcar mascavo, o sal e a essência de baunilha. Misture bem com o auxílio de um fouet. Adicione gradualmente a farinha de trigo sarraceno e depois o óleo de coco..

Aqueça uma frigideira anti-aderente comece  as panquecas com 1 colher de massa por cada panqueca. Assim que bolinhas de ar se formarem a superfície, vire as panquecas. Sirva com geléia de frutas silvestres, iogurte vegetal e melaço de cana de açúcar.
