🍌suco de 1 laranja 🍓1/2 de farinha de arroz 🍌1/2 de castanhas do Pará 🍓1 colher de sopa de fermento em pó 
Modo de preparo:
Com um garfo amasse as bananas, em seguida batas os ovos, acresgente as farinhas, o suco de laranja e por último o fermento.
Coloque em uma forma e leve para um forno pré-aquecido por 30 min. 
Depois que esfriar coloque a geleia de cobertura no bolo. ⚠ bananas bem maduras para não precisar acrescentar açúcar.

  • 4 things just experienced while high on cannabis:

1. I saw stress. This was much different than feeling it. Seeing it (what felt like tangibly) allowed me to exist in a state outside of it. Seeing stress outside of me, I saw how nasty and disturbing of a thing it really is. How much it poisons us all, gnaws away at our life, and feeds us with pure toxicity. Stress is not good. It’s the forgotten villain. It eats away at our passions, our fight, and our hope, turning us into rotting vegetables sitting behind bright lights and short-term gratification to fill our black holes of existence. Stress is the elephant in the room that most of us know is there, yet don’t really acknowledge because we have no fucking clue how to get rid of it. It’s the ghost that lives on our backs that we can’t see, but we feel. Stress kills us. We know this, but we feel helpless, so we play ignorant. “Oh I know, everyone is stressed. It’s life.” No, it’s self-induced decay.

2. I felt the power in posture. I visualized my muscles as tight, withered, rusting strings that are pulled so taught daily that they could just snap away at any moment. They would probably thank me because they need some rest. My chronic hunched posture creates these tendon tightropes all around my body that make my being feels like it want to be cut like a knife slices a rubber band ball to just relieve the tension. Poor posture causes many of these imbalances. I underestimate the power in posture.

3. I heard the voices that have been in my head for 28 years and for the first time, saw them all as other people outside of myself. This was good. This felt like pure conditioning. With every voice, I can learn who it is coming from and why it’s probably showing up. No need to be scared of the voices. They’re a collection of you, your past, and your experiences. Nothing more and nothing less.

4. I heard my own voice whisper at me for the first time. All of the other voices shut down when I heard this voice. I need to listen to that voice more, and am stoked to learn how to try and tap into it. This was a first.

  • So yesterday I said I was going to Meal prep…

I got on my morning video and said I just didnt have the time yesterday. But the TRUTH is....is even though I am extremely busy and feeling slightly like my head is gunna fall off any minute 🙈😬, there was/is plenty of time. Half the time I just stick everything I need in the oven anyways while I do my daily chores, so I was stopping me from doing it yesterday? My excuses!

Today I sautéed up some frozen broccoli, some corn from last night, put some rice and quinoa mix from costco in the microwave for 90 seconds and Stuck some chicken in the pot to boil while I did the dishes. DONE & DONE! Cheap and Easy.  Truth is it took me just minutes to do💁🏼‍♀️ and now I have something thats already ready to go that is healthy! . .

What you eat counts for 70 to 80% of your results. Nutrition and your workouts go hand-in-hand. Meal prepping in advance helps you stay on track!! Why the first things I did this morning before the day got away with me was get my meals for the rest the week out of the way!
