  • Foto oramai vecchiottonzola, e guardo indietro ai risultati che stavo riuscendo ad ottenere, ai piccoli progressi che con mia grande sorpresa, man mano si palesavano nonostante mi guardassi allo specchio e mi trovassi sempre identica, di sicuro sempre poco incline a riconoscere gli sforzi fatti. Mi domando come sarei oggi, e forse ed in realtà, è ciò che da sempre mi domando in generale nella vita, complice il deleterio vizio di non andare fino in fondo nelle cose o di farlo con estrema lentezza, pur nella consapevolezza di avere ogni potenzialità ed una buona grinta, quando sfoderata. Potrei prendermela con le avversità per non aver proseguito, e al pensiero di dover ricominciare ogni cosa dal principio la mia natura impaziente non aiuta; potrei prendermela col mondo intero e con la sorte per qualunque cosa mi si sia frapposta sul cammino impedendomi di tagliare i miei traguardi per tempo o di ottenere ciò che desidero, ma so bene, benissimo, in fondo, di non poterlo fare. Ecco perché vorrei potermi rimettere in marcia con più forza e determinazione sotto ogni punto di vista, farmi quanto più bene possibile e darmi infine una pacca sulla spalla. Gradino dopo gradino.

Vamos à receita: cozinho o peito de frango na panela de pressão elétrica por 25 minutos e, depois de cozido, transfiro para uma tigela com tampa (a famosa TAPAUÉ 😂), e chacoalho (na verdade, o Dé @andrecarluccimusic que chacoalha 💪🏼😂) por 10 segundos, até ele ficar todo desfiadinho. Something that I love in this world and will never stop is breakfast food. One of my favorite breakfast foods is oatmeal and this is a great representation of how you can eat it all year long according to your goals. Right now I’m not eating a high amount of carbs so I have opted out of the oatmeal train but when I’m off this diet, my first switch will be a big bowl of oats with a scoop of protein.

Oats will hold you over throughout the day and you won’t feel hungry. It gives you sustained energy all day long. When picking your oatmeal, opt for the steel cut old fashioned oats not the sugary processed or pre bagged ones. Top it off with peanut butter or a scoop of protein. I sometimes will add honey or fruit into it as well!
