Morning ritual is one big MUST to me. Really I can’t imagine going through the day without my ritual! 🤯
When you create a morning ritual, you reduce the amount of choices you have to make – saving your precious mental energy for bigger and much better things.
Creating a morning ritual made my mornings simple, calm and beautiful! My favorite part is ME TIME - time for tasty and beautifully served breakfast!
This magical Friday is reserved for magical breaky bowl.. so let’s make this beauty! 💫
Creamy quinoa porridge 👉🏼
Toast 40g or 1/4 cup quinoa in your pan for about 30 seconds (until popping), then add 150-200 ml liquid (my liquid: half of almond milk @adez_rs + half of water).
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a medium-low, simmer and cover (keeping the lid ajar). Cook for 15 minutes with periodically checking it and stiring a bit. Transfer the cooked & fluffy quinoa to your blender. Add a bit of water for easier blending, cinnamon, protein powder (I am using Soy Protein Isolate, taste peanut-chocolate chips @peakhungary . But if you use unsweetened protein powder, then mix it with sweetener - honey, maple/agave syrup..) and blend until smooth. 
Pour creamy porridge directly into breaky bowl and decorate with a desired toppings. 🍓🍯🥜
My sugesstion combo is with heated frozen red fruits (now unfrozen, like jam), bit of pecans, coconut flakes and carob powder. I forgot, but you can add peanut butter, too, it would be more yummy! 👀

Seht euch bitte mal diesen Schlemmerteller an, vollgepackt mit Buttermilch-Pancakes und Beeren 🍓 
Letztere habe ich gestern als großes Set-Körbchen im Bioladen entdeckt 🍓☀️😍

Alle Pancakes sind übrigens aus 2 Portionen meines Buttermilch-Rezeptes entstanden. (Siehe das Rezept unten)
Heute Morgen habe ich jedoch vergessen die Eier zu trennen 😟
Aber da fiel mir ein, dass ich doch immer Eiweiß daheim habe!
Somit wurden noch 80ml Eiweiß von @pumperlgsund steif geschlagen und darunter gehoben.
Fluffigkeit gerettet 😉🥳
Die dunklen habe ich mit „dunkler Diwan“ von @herbaria.de gepimpt 😋

Für 2 Portionen (alle Pancakes auf dem Bild)benötigt ihr:
200ml Buttermilch
3 Eier
Prise Salz
180g Mehl 
1 TL Backpulver (gestrichen)

Eier trennen und unter den restlichen Teig heben.

Heute wurde das Rezept mit 80ml zusätzlichem Eiweiß ergänzt, was ich absolut empfehlen kann. Nicht nur, dass die Portion riesig wird und immer noch lediglich 10SP hat, sondern die Pancakes werden noch fluffiger.

  • even though it’s almost 80 degrees out and sunny, nothing’s gonna stop me from eating my hot bowl of oats 😂 i’ve been so obsessed with my new vitamix, that i’ve basically been making smoothie bowls every day for the past week🙊

y’all know how much i love my oats though, so it’s no wonder i was craving the comfort of my go-to oatmeal bowl this morning😌 switched up the flavor a bit by adding in a squirt of @personalprotein caramel crunch flavoring for sweetness and it was👌 tasted like cinnamon toast crunch in oatmeal form🤤 you can always use the code ‘simplybalancedliv’ to save $$ on their website💯

You don't have to have juices only when you are juicing. Juices are good for our gut and for our digestion (homemade juices we intend to say). The body feels happy when you give it always the same thing. Let me explain it: Get a habit, have a juice every morning. The same juice. Your body will learn what yo expect and that will help with digestion. Starting your day with a juice or smoothie is superhealthy (yes, if you are doing intermittent fasting it works too for that).
I am following my mentors and passing over the knowledge I am getting in my IG dedicated to yoga (I am a yoga teacher too). But food it is so related to yoga (wellbeign, peace, alignment) that sometimes things get mixed up just because they belong to the same path.
But let's go back to juices. If you want to get healthier, put a juice in your life!

  • SUNFLOWER SEED BUTTER BANANA MINI MUFFINS! 😍🌻🍌 Such a fun little Easter treat for my lil babe! 👧🏼 She was of course super excited about the @littlesecretsco pieces on top! 🌈🍫 I was super excited about the butternut squash I snuck in them! 😉🙋🏻‍♀️ Happy Good Friday! These are GRAIN FREE/ GLUTEN FREE/ DAIRY FREE
DeAts:
3/4 cup @birchbenders paleo pancake mix 
1/4 cup almond flour pancake mix @simplemills 
2 tablespoons sunflower seed butter @onceagainnutbutter 
1/4 cup @woodstockfoods butternut squash 
1 ripe organic banana 🍌 
Splash toasted coconut almond milk (optional) 
Process in food processor. Fill Easter mini cupcakes holders. Bake at 350 15ish minutes. Take out, let cool. Top with sunflower seed butter @onceagainnutbutter and @littlesecretsco pieces of choice. We used dark chocolate and toasted coconut. Nom! 😋

So what does fat actually do for you?

1. It's a major fuel source for your body (meaning it provides a lot of calories) and also the main way you store energy. 
2. You need fat to help you absorb certain nutrients, such as fat-soluble vitamins (vitamins A, D, E and K) and antioxidants (like lycopene and beta-carotene). 3. Fat is important in giving your cells structure.

4. Omega-3 fats, a type of unsaturated fat, are important for optimum nerve, brain and heart function. One type of fat you don’t need? Trans fats, an artificial kind of fat found in partially hydrogenated oils.

And by the way, eating fat won’t necessarily make you fat. Although it does have more calories per gram than carbohydrate and protein, fat makes food more flavorful and satiating, which may mean that you don’t need as much to feel satisfied.
