LEMON GARLIC BUTTER BAKED SALMON WITH CRISPY POTATOES & ASPARAGUS: this recipe is great for Sunday or Monday meal prep, as it comes together fast and calls for ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen. 1) POTATOES: Preheat oven to 400 F. Toss 1 pound quartered yukon gold potatoes in 1 tablespoon olive oil; season with salt and pepper 2) arrange potatoes on a large baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes; remove from oven •• SALMON & ASPARAGUS: while the potatoes are roasting, combine 3 tablespoons @fourthandheart garlic ghee (or butter) + 2 cloves minced garlic + a splash of lemon juice in a small bowl; microwave for 30 seconds, or until melted. Season salmon and asparagus with sea salt + black pepper. Once the potatoes are removed from the oven, push them to one side of the baking sheet (they’re not finished cooking yet), and arrange salmon and asparagus as seen in the photo. Drizzle with lemon garlic butter sauce. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through. Remove from oven and turn it to broil. Broil for 5 minutes or until salmon, potatoes, and asparagus are crispy. Enjoy! ❤️ ——

Lazy Sunday call for pancakes with all the usual suspects 🥰 yesterday was SUCH a busy day and I barely had any time to sit down for a break, so needless to say I’m really happy to have the day off. It’s only two weeks into the semester and I’m already starting to feel overwhelmed with everything, so finding any time that I can to just slow down and relax is going to be super important!! DO YOU GUYS TAKE MAGNESIUM?
We actually get this question a lot, and I’ve been a big fan of the mineral for over 2 years now (it was actually E who turned me onto it). There are many factors that can deplete your magnesium levels - one being birth control pills, which I take, so supplementing has been a big help.
I started taking the @livonlabs Magnesium L-Threonate at the end of December, and the change I’ve noticed has been substantial. The biggest difference has definitely had to do with my sleep. I used to wake up 1-2x throughout the night and I swear I’ve been sleeping like a log ... it’s rare for me to wake up in the middle of the night now!
