The truth is guys, there is no magical food, pill or powder thats going to help you lose fat or build muscle. There is no secret to getting faster results. Anyone who is selling you that is lying to you and trying to steal your money. We keep looking for an easy way out and it’s harming us more physically and mentally than ever before. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 One day I am going to be like Kate!
We learn so much from our family including our relationships to food and our bodies. Growing up I’d definitely never heard a female relative say they loved their body, but I did know all about diets (cabbage soup was popular in our house) and because women in my family were always trying to lose weight, it made me learn that being thin was “important”. .
My friends who grew up in the 90s all report similar experiences and we don’t blame anyone as it was what was normal at the time, i.e Diet culture had its grip tightly around western culture. .
Although I recognise I still have the societal privilege of living in a smaller body, it’s so liberating to finally realise my worth as a person is not dependent on my size or a number on a scale.
I am so excited to inspire my nieces and nephews and hopefully my own children one day to love their bodies, and the privilege and joy of movement and being strong and healthy💪🏻❤️ .
Maybe this Sunday is a good day to do something active by yourself or with little loved ones and reminded your body of your gratitude, all the amazing things it does and how much you love it🥰
Share if you think it’s important the next generation grows up in a world without diet culture🙌🏻 .

Kullandığım çikolata %80 kakaolu olunca içinde bulunan rafine şekeri bu seferlik görmezden geldim 😉 Tabii bu kişisel tercihiniz. Eğer çikolata kullanmak istemezseniz kakao nibs kullanabilirsiniz. Tadının daha az olacağını hatırlatmak isterim. Tarif çikolatalı haliyle de oldukça az tatlı, kakao tadı baskın. Deneyeceklere şimdiden afiyet olsun.
ÇİKOLATALI MUZLU EKMEK(BANANA BREAD)
Malzemeler:
2 adet yumurta
2 adet büyük olgun muz
3 yemek kaşığı akçaağaç şurubu veya hurma özü
6 yemek kaşığı eritilmiş hindistan cevizi yağı veya tereyağ
2 dolu yemek kaşığı kakao
1 su bardağı dinkel unu
Yarım su bardağı tam dinkel unu
1 minik fiske tuz
1 tatlı kaşığı kabartma tozu
Yarım tatlı kaşığı karbonat
1 tatlı kaşığı elma sirkesi
50 gr %80lik bitter çikolata veya kakao nibs (kakao nibs kullanırsanız tadı daha az olacaktır)
Yarım çay kaşığı gerçek vanilya tozu
Yapılışı:
Muzları çatalla ezin. Yumurtaları bir kaba kırın çırpma teliyle hafif köpürene kadar çırpın. Üzerine ezilmiş muzları, akçaağaç şurubu, eritilmiş hindistan cevizi yağını ekleyin hepsini iyice karıştırın. Sıvı malzemelerin üzerine kakao ve unları eleyin. Kabartma tozu, karbonat, elma sirkesi, tuz ve vanilyayı ekleyin. Unlar kaybolana kadar karıştırın. Çikolatayı bıçakla irice parçalayın. Yarısını karışımın içine koyun karıştırın. Karışımı yağlanmış kek kalıbına boşaltın. Üzerini düzeltin. Son olarak kalan çikolatala parçalarını üzerine serpiştirin. Önceden ısıtılmış fırında 180C de 40-45 dk pişirin. Afiyet olsun. Not: Kullandığım su bardağı:240 ml

Good news, the website is back up and running. If you have tried to purchase one of the digital cookbooks over the last week and found yourself unable, it is now working again. I had to do some maintenance on the site to prepare it for some of the new stuff that is coming out at the end of this month. More on this later.
This is for 3 people. I don’t keep or recommend keeping any meals longer than 5 days. I eat the meals whenever I want. If I want to eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Who cares? Not me. If you don’t like eating the same thing every day, either don’t meal prep or meal prep a bunch of different things and be inefficient. Do what works for you.

Need a quick and easy dinner recipe that packs protein? This white chicken enchilada casserole may not be the prettiest, but sure was a hit with the fam!
What you’ll need:
- 20 corn tortillas
- 1/2 rotisserie chicken - 1 block 1/3 less fat cream cheese
- 1c 2% Fage Greek yogurt (any brand is fine)
- 1 can chopped green Chile’s
- 1.5 c bone broth or chicken broth
- mozzarella cheese
Combine your Greek yogurt, cream cheese, green Chile’s, and broth. Pour a light layer of the mixture on the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Layer 10 tortillas, then top with chicken and some mozzarella. Place the other 10 tortillas on top, pour the rest of the mixture evenly on top and sprinkle with a little more cheese. *Bake @375 for about 20 mins or until cheese is slightly golden*

Eggplant and Chickpea stew w/ turmeric rice

1 eggplant, cut into strips or circles
2 tomatoes chopped
1/2 white onion, diced
1 cup cooked or canned and rinsed chickpeas
4-6 cloves diced garlic
1/2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tbsp chili sauce (or another 1/2 tbsp tom paste)
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Small bunch of mint
Small bunch of fresh chopped parsley

Lightly oil eggplant, season with salt and paprika, brown 4-5 minutes per side on cast iron pan or other non stick pan. Remove from heat and set aside. In same cast iron or suitable stew sized pot, sauté onions and garlic in olive oil for 3-4 minutes. Add tomatoes, 1/2 cup water, chickpeas, and mint. Stir, reduce heat, and cover for 5 minutes. Remove lid, add eggplant and continue to coooncovered for 7-10 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve with rice!
