  • Hit snooze this morning (mistake). Running out the door with a smoothie for breakfast (thank goodness for @dailyharvest). 😅 But sharing this oatmeal bowl from yesterday’s breakfast and my top three tips for how to take pretty food photos:
✖️ Find the place in your home that has the best natural lighting that isn’t too blue
✖️ Use a photo editing app for minor edits
✖️ Figure out a style that works for you and that you love - be creative! Maybe you use a board as a background or maybe your dog’s face is in the background of all of your photos (if this is the case, please let me know). Just do your thing because you’ll have more fun with it!

-1/2 cup rolled oats cooked on the stove according to package directions in 1 cup water — then added 1 tbsp chia seeds & 1 scoop @nuzest_usa vanilla clean lean protein (code KPINGITSIMPLE) + 1/4 cup egg whites — whisked til fluffy
Topped with blueberries, @georgiagrinders cinnamon vanilla pecan peanut butter, maple syrup, & hemp seeds

Oggi pomeriggio mi sono concessa una crostatina golosissima, accompagnata dal mio the preferito per i miei momenti di relax 🤤
Ingredienti👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻
Per la frolla:
• 40 gr di farina d'avena
• 20 gr di albume
• 10 gr di olio di semi
Mescolare gli ingredienti e lasciar riposare in frigo per 10 minuti
Formare le crostatine e cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180° per 20 minuti.
Per il ripieno ho usato 20 gr di skyr e un cucchiaino di choco butter di prozis.
Una goduria😋

I often get asked “is a protein shake a good idea from someone who wants to lose weight?”. My answer to that is yes, because a shake can be an easy & convenient way to get in more protein and have a healthy snack.⠀

Now, you don’t have to get a protein powder if you don’t want to. You could also use Greek yogurt like I did in the 2nd shake example. However, I love a good chocolate protein powder because it satisfies my sweet tooth while still being a healthy option!⠀

Also reminder no one meal or snack can make you lose or gain weight and you have to adjust portions to your calorie goals - these are just some examples 😁 Below is the breakdown of the macros for each shake - remember to add water, ice and stevia as needed:⠀

🥜 PB&J shake weight loss - 261 cals, 38g protein, 30g carbs, 4.5g fat.⠀
. 🥜 PB&J shake muscle gain - 501 cals, 41g protein, 54g carbs, 18.5g fat.⠀

🍫 Mocha shake weight loss - 224 cals, 25.5g protein, 9.8g carbs, 9.2g fat.⠀

  • Can you actually beat leftover canellini bean + mushroom stew with a toasted tiger baton? I think not. Especially when it’s cold too! This was awesome when I cooked it hot but even better the next day as it always is, can’t beat having some toasted bread/bloomer/baton with it either 🤤🤤

Baby meal I had before dance the other day, packed with as much veg as possible to try n fight this illness, but alas the illness got me and I am dying and have been in bed all day not even working when I definitely could have been lol bants.
Tried to recreate a recipe my mum always makes, frying lotsa fresh garlic and onion, aubergine, tomatoes, courgette, mushroom and peppers with tomato paste, mixed herbs, Worcester sauce, chilli flakes, salt n pepper, then added cooked lentils, tinned tomatoes and butter beans🍆🍅🥒🌶🍠

Я ничего не писала о себе тут, так как изначально заводила страницу просто для себя и для контроля своего рациона. Сейчас, когда меня уже читают небольшое количество людей, я решила все таки рассказать немного о себе.

Меня зовут Настя, мне через месяц 21. Живу я в Украине, город Одесса ( у моря ⚓️ ).
Учусь в медицинском университете на 4 курсе по специальности медицина.
Врачом хотела стать с детства, хотя при поступлении рассматривала и другие варианты.
Очень люблю путешествовать, животных ( дома есть два кота, мечтаю о собаке), читать (особенно классику).

  • Vanmiddag had ik zin in risotto. Meestal als ik dit maak pak ik wat random groenten die ik toevallig in huis heb liggen en gooi dat dan bij elkaar. 👩🏼‍🍳 Dit keer maakte ik risotto met boerenkool uit de diepvries, tomaat, ui en pijnboompitten. 🍅🥬 Op smaak gebracht met groentenbouillon, uienpoeder, gerookte paprikapoeder en knoflookpoeder. Aangezien ik een veganistische versie heb gemaakt, heb ik edelgistvlokken gebruikt in plaats van parmezaan. ☘️
