  • ONE DISH DINNERS//
Honestly, I have a bad habit of making a mess in the kitchen, and often spend longer cleaning than cooking. That’s why one dish dinners like this are my favourite after a long day of work or uni. Simply place all ingredients in a baking tray and roast for 15-20 minutes.

⭐️ Tip: Microwave the potatoes for a few minutes before roasting to halve the baking time. 
Let’s break down the nutrients:
🍣SALMON: One of the best sources of omega-3 fatty acids (great brain food). Don’t be afraid of a diet higher in this type of fat.
🥔POTATOES: Often wrongly labelled as an ‘unhealthy food’. Did you know potatoes are a great source of fibre, potassium and vitamin C? Choose lower GI options if you can (more on this later). 🥦 GREENS: Try to eat greens with every meal. They’re great sources of fibre, folate, vitamin K, potassium and more!

Aún así les comparto esta receta divinaaaaa y rapidita!! Que me encantó! .

🍃🥚Suflé de huevo, pavo asado, verduras y queso🍅🧀 Ingredientes:

- 2 huevos
- 30g de queso mozzarella
- 30g de pavo asado de @pavofrio_es - Espinacas
- Tomates cherry
- Sal
- Pimienta
- Paprika

Preparación:

.
En un bowl, batir bien los 2 huevos, añadir una pizca de sal y las especias. .
Aparte cortar en trozos muy pequeños, las espinacas, los tomates Cherry, el queso y el pavo.
.
Verter todos los ingredientes en el bowl con los huevos batidos, remover bien. 
En un molde de cerámica, engrasado con un poco de aceite de oliva extra virgen, verter la mezcla y hornear a 180*C durante unos 15 minutos!! Listooo ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ así de fácil y buenoo!

  • Pure plant power 💪🏽😋/ Mangler du lidt inspiration til grønt til aftensmaden? Tja, det kan faktisk laves på rigtig mange måder, og behøver ikke bare være en kold tomat-salat 😁 Fadet i venstre hjørne er bagt i 45 min ved 185 grader og består af blomkål, løg, porre, peberfrugt, jordskokker, cherry tomater og champignon hakket i mindre stykker. Hertil er tilsat masser af krydderier, salt og Soya sauce for at fremme smagen - for Soya, tomater og champignon indeholder alle meget umami. Umami er en grund-smag der er meget rig, og faktisk kan overdynge kød-behovs smagen 😜 På billedet ses også en “sovs” på grønsager, faktisk en blomkålssuppe der er tilsat lidt ekstra og nogle svitsede løg og svampe - igen her en måde at fremhæve smagen endnu mere, og en god måde at få mere grønt ind - så kan man jo fx bruge sovsen til ens bøf hvis man nu skal have sådan en 😁👍🏽 Hvad gør du for at få flere grønsager på bordet? 😁 #plantpower

  • When I say you need to make this dish, I don’t mean, like, next week. I mean RUN TO THE KITCHEN RIGHT THIS MINUTE. 🏃‍♀️

This lunch took me 25 min to prep/cook from start to finish - and 5 min to inhale. 😛
.
WHAT WENT DOWN:
• cold-oven baked salmon (my how-to on this is in my recipe highlights!)
• organic grape tomatoes (I like em raw or cooked - whatevs 🤷‍♀️)
• @eatbanza chickpea pasta tossed in a nut free/DF cilantro garlic “pesto” (recipe’s below) + topped with a little grated manchego (sheep’s milk cheese that is basically lactose free 👍)
.
For the pesto, add two good handfuls of fresh cilantro, 4 peeled garlic cloves, 1 giant handful of watercress (I had it on hand, but arugula would work, too), pinch of salt and pepper, and juice of 1/2 a lemon (about 2 Tbsp) to a blender. Blend until just combined. Pour a little over the cooked pasta and toss to combine. That’s IT! 🤸‍♀️

Who here has tried the cold-oven salmon trick? 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️ Wasn’t it amazical?? If you haven’t, get on it. TRUST. ✋

    This lunch took me 25 min to prep/cook from start to finish - and 5 min to inhale. 😛

    WHAT WENT DOWN:
    • cold-oven baked salmon (my how-to on this is in my recipe highlights!)
    • organic grape tomatoes (I like em raw or cooked - whatevs 🤷‍♀️)
    @eatbanza chickpea pasta tossed in a nut free/DF cilantro garlic “pesto” (recipe’s below) + topped with a little grated manchego (sheep’s milk cheese that is basically lactose free 👍)

    For the pesto, add two good handfuls of fresh cilantro, 4 peeled garlic cloves, 1 giant handful of watercress (I had it on hand, but arugula would work, too), pinch of salt and pepper, and juice of 1/2 a lemon (about 2 Tbsp) to a blender. Blend until just combined. Pour a little over the cooked pasta and toss to combine. That’s IT! 🤸‍♀️
