Well, the uncertainty about glucose is not about the dilemma but about the attitude of moderation in dealing with life. As two opposite ends of a stick exist for any given case, since one does only in the presence of the other pole, the wisdom lies in the balance. Glucose, the basic end-product of carbs, is vital since all our tissues use it as fuel and the excess is simply stored for later use. When the carbs that we eat are broken down to glucose, the famous “insulin” is secreted to lower blood glucose by taking it to our cells. In diabetes, the tissues do not respond well to insulin, that is they are resistant (insulin resistance), thus the blood glucose stays high. A well-balanced glucose metabolism can be achieved by taming insulin through controling what and how we eat.

Je vous rassure je lis toujours autant, disons plutôt que je suis hyper en retard dans mes chroniques🤪

C’est le second roman que je lis de cette auteure, mon premier était “A la lumière du petit matin” que j’avais trouvé un peu trop “cucul la praline”, avouons-le🤪
Mais vous m’avez tous conseillé de lire les autres livres d’Agnès Martin-Lugand et de ne pas m’arrêter à cette première lecture 📚

J’ai donc choisi de lire l’histoire de Yaël, une working-girl qui bosse d’arrache pied du matin au soir. Elle ne vit que pour ça….enfin vivre est un bien grand mot. Disons plutôt qu’elle survit que pour ça. Elle ne mange quasiment plus ( je n’ai pas encore compris comment elle tenait le coup ), elle ne voit plus sa famille, ni ses amis. Elle passe ses journées au travail, mais aussi ses soirées. Et quand elle n’est pas au bureau, elle travaille depuis chez elle, ordi et portable greffés à la main 😤

  • Dico sempre che l’organizzazione è fondamentale per la riuscita di un percorso alimentare, ma anche nella vita in generale. Bene, io ultimamente sono veramente pessima sotto questo aspetto. Mi sono lasciata sopraffare dai tanti impegni e non sono riuscita a fare tutto come volevo. Una cosa che ultimante non mi riesce proprio è fare la spesa a lungo termine: passo al supermercato al volo quando esco dal lavoro o se ho mezz’ora di pausa, quindi prendo poche cose e puntualmente mi ritrovo con il frigo vuoto. Una cosa che odio è svegliarmi senza avere idea di cosa mangiare a colazione, come stamattina. Per fortuna avevo della ricotta e ho buttato su una colazione di salvataggio: ho aggiunto della crema di nocciole, fiocchi d’avena integrali, cocco e qualche mandorla. Poteva andarmi peggio, ma devo impegnarmi a regolarizzare la mia vita frenetica e le mie priorità. 
In tutto questo ho anche interrotto la meditazione la scorsa settimana, quindi oggi ho ripreso e speriamo di durare! Come vedete, anche la nutrizionista può perdere la bussola, l’importante è non abbattersi e andare avanti (lo ripeto come un mantra sperando che funzioni! 😅). #colazione #breakfast #healthybreakfast #healthylife #healthylifestyle #organizzazione #dieta #nutrizione #nutrizionista #jesi #santamarianuova #agugliano #ancona

After recently taking on a new client I was provided with his previous diet/ training and supplementation plan.

1️⃣ - Please take a look at slide 2.
.
You’ll clearly notice that said PT/ coach is claiming that if said client was to take said supplements they would burn fat, not only this target specific areas by solely using said supplements. .
.
Now where’s to many of my followers will know this is absolute nonsense and TOTAL BULLSHIT,  it’s still very apparent that many others are still fed false information regarding dieting and supplements, this really gets my back up. .
Clients pay their hard earned money , put faith and trust into a “professional” not only to steer them towards their goal, but educate them along the way with INFORMATIVE and CORRECT Literature. .
Any natural supplement is just that, it’s a supplementation, normally for something you are deficient in, whether it be iron, vitc vitb and so, there are non supplements on the planet that will “Male you lose pec fat” or “target the ab area” .
Zinc :- benefits, it metabolises melatonin which aids sleep, improves cognitive behaviour, it can also provide assistance with the immune system, but sorry to say it doesn’t burn 6” of fat off your hips. .
Omega 3:- a essential fatty acid, can lower blood pressure, a good source of vitamins and minerals, again if you are deficient. .
Moral of the story, QUESTION everything, next time your Pt asks you to take this or that, ask “WHY AM I TAKING THIS”, and they ask for an explanation as “ HOW IT WORKS” .
See if they can then explain how taking omega 3 could reduce fat from under your arm pit !🤣🤷🏻‍♂️, it’s your money 💰 .

Desde @sesiones_depurativas_oficial 👨🏽‍⚕️ queremos seguir dando información sobre el descanso y recuperación del atleta 🏋🏽‍♂️🏋️‍♀️, y en este caso vamos a tratar el temido sobre-entrenamiento ⚠️-

❗El termino sobre-entrenamiento se utiliza para determinar un exceso de entrenamiento junto a una falta de recuperación y descanso.-
-
A continuación, los posibles signos que pueden indicarlo:-
-
🔴Sensación de agotamiento-
-
🔴Dolor muscular y articular-
-
🔴Reducción del rendimiento e intensidad del entrenamiento-
-
🔴Insomnio-
-
🔴Posible caída del sistema inmunitario-
-
🔴Pérdida del apetito-
-
🔴Aumento del riesgo de lesión-

Si experimentas algunas de las situaciones anteriores, sería recomendable:-

🔵Descansar para reducir el nivel de ejercicio y recuperarte-

🔵Hidratarte, incluso un poco más si ya lo haces-

🔵Acudir a un fisioterapeuta para realizarte un masaje deportivo y así mejorar posibles zonas de nuestro cuerpo dañadas-

🔵Aumentar el consumo de proteínas, si este es insuficiente, en tu dieta para mejorar la recuperación muscular-

🔵Modificar tu rutina de entrenamiento, y reducir la intensidad del mismo por unos días-

🔵Aumentar las calorías totales de tu dieta por un tiempo-
-
🔵Considerar 3-4 semanas al año de descanso absoluto de tu entrenamiento.-

👉🏼 Entrena con cabeza, cada persona es única y cada una tiene un comportamiento diferente a un programa/rutina, siendo la genética, la condición física, la experiencia del atleta, variables que nos condicionan al tipo h grado de adaptación.-

💭 Es importante escuchar al cuerpo y las señales que nos envía. Tomar un descanso de unos días no va a repercutir en el estado de forma/físico; más bien nos ayudará a evitar un descanso obligado por más tiempo debido a lesiones o enfermedades.

Most people that know me, know I’ve always been fit and in good shape, even before I went vegan, but when I tuned 34 (left photo) I started to notice a lot of health problems from eating a diet high in animal products.

My body started to fall apart and struggle internally, physically and mentally. I became really inflamed, I had gut issues, started getting allergies, unbearable joint pain, mouth ulcers, skin issues, thinning hair, I felt mentally foggy, my energy levels & motivation were deteriorating.
My body was not performing right & this was a sign.
-
I want to point out that I never really ate processed foods & I was eating a predominately whole food diet, it was high in lean meats and other animal products. I also always ate lots of veggies.

I decided to try a whole food vegan diet for health reasons & it literally transformed me over night. 
In fact, I was severely allergic to citrus my entire life and within 6 months on a whole food vegan diet I could eat citrus with no allergic reactions for the first time ever! I was also free of all my other allergies! All of my other health issues I mentioned above had reversed & completely gone within the first year of going vegan.
My body started to perform exceptional & I felt great internally, physically & mentally!
I felt good because I was now “healthy”.

I eat a “whole food vegan diet”, this is a lot different to just a “vegan diet”.
-
I eat when I want, what I want & as much as I want! I don’t count macros, I don’t count calories, I don’t take protein powders or any other gym supplements at all.
I eat real food & I really enjoy it!

I now have tonnes of energy & I’m so much fitter, stronger & in better shape than ever before! In fact, I’m in the best shape of my life at 37 years old.
I can’t explain how good I feel on a daily basis!

My focus is on health! My body & mental clarity reflects my diet. I’m now healthy on the inside as well as the outside.
-
A whole food vegan diet has not only improved my health, but It’s also better for the planet & animal welfare!
It’s a triple win & it’s changed my life!
