  • Let’s talk healthy eating at restaurants!🍽🥗🤗 Just about every restaurant has something nutritious on the menu - you just may have to search a little for it/get creative! My favorite fast/casual restaurants with the most nutritious + yummy + cost effective options are @chipotle , @eatattacomama , @newkseatery , @pyrospizza and @moessouthwestgrill just to name a few! Oftentimes ordering the “healthy” option at restaurants is really just ordering less calories and not going to satisfy you.
I love these specific restaurants because you can get a sizable portion of vegetables (allll the nutrients + volume) and healthy fats/protein very easily! Those are what I look for as the backbones to my healthy meals. Hope this helps!!🤗🤗🤗

Y les tengo esta receta MEGA deliciosa y fácil de hacer, para las que me preguntaban como hacer los noodles de calabacita no se compliquen y mejor compren los noodles de @lechugaseva que ya están listitos y son súpeeer prácticos! -
Yo le di un toque que uffff sé que les va a encantar así que aquí les va la receta 👇🏻

INGREDIENTES:
————
>Noodles de calabacita @lechugaseva (la cantidad que te vayas a comer)
>1 lata de pimiento amarillo (obvio puedes usar pimiento amarillo fresco pero yo tenía la lata así que la usé)
>1 cda aceite de oliva orgánico >Sal del himalaya + pimienta
>Poquito queso rallado (yo use mozzarella)
————
👉🏻Licuar pimientos con aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta
👉🏻Poner en un sartén a fuego medio bajo por 2-3 min.
👉🏻Lavar los noodles con agua (no hace falta desinfectarlos) quitar exceso de agua e incorporar al sartén de la crema de pimientos, volver a prender el fuego y dejar 1 min. 👉🏻Servir en un plato, poner queso encima y listo 🤩 *Puedes acompañarlo con pollo a la plancha y naaaambre! Comida completa! Aunque también es una muy buena opción low carb para cena. Ya dependiendo de sus requerimientos pueden agregarle la proteina que gusten 🌟

Йога-тур во Вьетнаме и Камбодже — путешествие и практика в совершенно разных странах в одном йога-туре. Начнем мы наше йога-путешествие на побережье теплого тропического моря во Вьетнаме и несколько дней посвятим отдыху и восстановлению в сочетании с практикой йоги. Наша йога-программа будет насыщенной и интересной и пройдет в уединенном пространстве для практик йоги с живописным видом на море.

Ведущий преподаватель Московского Университета йоги (МУЙ) — подготовка инструкторов. Основатель и руководитель йога-студии "ЧАКРА" на Чистых Прудах (г. Москва). Автор методики "Хатха Йога. Чакра Садхана". Опыт практики йоги — 25 лет. Автор международных информационно-практических семинаров «Внутренние аспекты практики йоги» по главным направлениям хатха-йоги: асана, шаткарма, пранаяма, мантра и медитативные практики, основанные на классических принципах поэтапного воздействия на тело, энергетическую систему и сознание.

  • I’ve always enjoyed working out and being active, but it wasn’t always for me. When I was in high school, I went with my Mom to Curves (do those still exist?!). A lot of that that was for the bonding time. My first year of college, I worked out a lot (a lot of THAT was eyeballing the athletes). I was inconsistent with working out the remainder of undergrad and grad school, ate like crap, and drank like a college kid. Then marriage and kids happened and I tried to become more consistent with working out, bounced between gyms, and didn’t quite understand nutrition. One year ago, I decided it was time to take some accountability and do this for ME. I’ve taken that accountability of my nutrition to where it’s now a habit. I look forward to going to the gym daily, and I have a newfound confidence in myself because I pushed myself and I’m succeeding. I’m not a perfect package, but I’m sure enjoying this journey!

Sebagaimana dijelaskan dokter spesialis kandungan, Yassin Yanuar, beberapa kebiasaan yang dilakukan sehari-hari, secara tak disadari dapat membuat kualitas sperma menurun. Kebiasaan itu mulai dari menggunakan celana dalam terlalu ketat, mengantongi ponsel di saku celana, hingga terlalu sering mandi sauna.

"Testis sebagai pabrik sperma diciptakan dalam skrotum yang menggantung, agar suhunya lebih rendah dari suhu tubuh. Tetapi ketika lelaki rajin sauna, maka bagian testisnya akan terendam dalam air bersuhu tinggi, sehingga spermanya rusak," ujar Yassin, dalam seminar media "SMART IVF Indonesia",

Selain itu, menurut Yassin lagi, lelaki yang gemar mengendarai motor gede (moge) juga memiliki risiko serupa yang mengancam kesuburannya.

"Sering bawa motor Harley misalnya, otomatis bagian testisnya terpapar mesin panas bersuhu tinggi. Sperma juga bisa rusak dengan kebiasaan ini. Begitu juga para sopir truk. Duduk lama, panas juga lagi kan, (itu) bisa mempengaruhi pembentukan spermanya," imbuhnya.

Untuk menurunkan risiko gangguan kesuburan yang mungkin dialami, Yassin pun menganjurkan agar para lelaki mengimbanginya dengan gaya hidup sehat, serta mengonsumsi makanan mengandung mikronutrien.

  • Sometimes you just have to let it all go - just like Elsa. Let them eat the skittles, drink all the fruit punch and wear the bathing suit that will give them tan lines. Today we did corn syrup, artificial flavors and sun block with fragrance. While I cringed a little inside, I reminded myself BALANCE. They literally ate half a bag of carrots before we got off the boat. There’s no such thing as perfect mommas. And if we strive for that, we are just going to be more tired than we already are. Do your best. And if your best sucked today, just do better tomorrow. And make sure you give another mom a high five because this job ain’t easy👊🏼
