  • Dreaming of this warm farro grain bowl with roasted maple glazed carrots, cabbage and beets ✨ With the longer days and (slightly) warmer temperatures I’ve been craving tons of veggies, but still want to eat something warm at most meals 🌿 Cue this incredibly easy + versatile grain bowl ✨ I’ve never made farro before this, and I definitely didn’t perfect it, but I love the nutty flavour and that it’s such a great source of fibre, protein, magnesium and zinc 🙌🏼.

To make 👉🏼: Cook farro with the “pasta” method- 1 cup of farro in about 4 cups of water, cooking at a boil for about 20-30 mins (you need to taste it to see if it’s done), then draining off the excess water. Meanwhile, toss 3 carrots (batoned), 1 sliced beet and 2 large slices of cabbage in 1 tbsp maple syrup, a pinch of salt + pepper and 1 tsp of garlic pepper. Roast at 450 F for 20 mins. Once all components are done, drizzle with a lemon tahini dressing (link in stories) and enjoy! 💛

  • Damn this one SEXAAAY plate 💃🏻 but let’s be real, i only made this all gorgeous and styled because it’s going on Insta. I also love some ugly delicious goodness thrown in a bowl and eaten in my sweatpants on the couch.

Always remember what I’m posting on here is my curated best, and it sure as hell don’t always look this. All that really matters is that your food tastes good and makes your body and soul feel good. So stop stressing if your breakfast doesn’t look like what some random chick named Karen makes on Instagram - she’s showing you a highlight reel and all that matters is that you’re doing you sweet cheeks!

DA GOODS: massaged kale salad (dressing: apple cider vinegar, stone ground mustard, olive oil) with 6.5 minute soft boiled @vitalfarms egg, roasted sweet potato fries and tomatoes (drizzle with @chosenfoods avocado oil, sat + pepper, roast at 400 for 40 minutes, and chopped cucumbers, plus a nice @brandlesslife tahini drizzle over the whole bowl - all @whole30 friendly!

  • Today’s breakfast was another buckwheat pudding! This time i added greens powder for extra vitamin boost 🥦🥬🥒
Topped with big spoonful of @bulkpowders_uk cashew butter, fruits and hemp seeds ✨

My gut loves this meal! It keeps me very full, satisfied and i found it easy to digest. Finally i can eat something without pain and uncomfortable feeling.. Also soaking nuts, seeds, legumens and beans with water and dash of apple cider vinegar is very helpful and beneficial.

My gut is getting better. I started breaking out on my face and this may be symptom of detoxification (my doctor said that). So i’m hoping the best because like i said i don’t want to go back to eating animal products. I want to heal without animal suffering. Because i love animals and i’ll fight for their freedom 💗 But i also want to fight for my health. And i promise you that i’ll always be ethnically vegan and i’ll always support this lifestyle. No matter if i will need to change my diet. Because veganisim is not only diet for me.

Temptation, loss of will power, weakness, Confidence, Stresses of life, Family life, ect, the list goes on and on.. Life’s choices is up to you, I 100% lose focus but hay no ones perfect 🤷‍♂️.. :
The key is to keep trying, be consistent, never give up, but more than anything think of the inside of your body. We can all look great on the outside but inside? That’s a different matter, Keep the inside of your body working like a fine tune engine then the rest will function💪🏽 Keep that Heart❤️ free from blockages and keep them pipes clear 😊.. train hard 🏋️‍♀️ lift loads drink loads of 💦, Smile, laugh, be nice to one another, That’s the key to happiness, oh an if your in a relationship or married “Stay faithful” PLEASE 🙏🏼
