Where did 2019 go to? How is there less than a month left?? This was probably the fastest year of my life but I think I feel that every year😅 Time truly does fly.
Even though the year is almost up, I’ve still got a lot planned before January. My sister is going to be home soon for a couple weeks which means lots of podcasting and editing🎙

Blueberries are not a realistic option of a food economically. Especially if you're from a township. The cost is not worth it people. How much Nutrition are you even sure you're going to receive from a 100g of blueberries? The are plenty of other foods or herbs that are better than blueberries and are much more cost effective. You just have to know the name of the game. And don't get caught up with the industry hype.

I usually consume this meal around 10:30 am to 12:30pm, which is after my workout and pre-workout collagen, creatine and protein drink. Or often I like to have it between 2:00 to 4:00 pm.
This recipe is high veg for fiber and fullness, fat-free fat, protein-enriched to maintain muscle mass, and anti-inflammatory with lean choice protein, removal of bad fats and spices.
3 mini sweet peppers – red, yellow and/or orange
1 zucchini sliced and quartered
Chopped red or white onion
3 to 4 handfuls of spinach
½ to 1 cup of chopped baby tomatoes
lots of spices – I used Flavor God Cajun Lovers and Sweet and Tangy and Oh My Spice Sweet and Savory along with Franks Red Hot and Herbarmare Zesty Sea Salt Spice
Take veggie out of the pan then respray the pan with coconut oil spray, and cook egg whites, then top the cooked egg whites on the veggie mix – add more hot sauce and salt and pepper as desired.
This recipe easily helps you hit three of my rules for safe ketosis:
You must consume at least two cups of cooked vegetables twice a day. They can be in the form of soups, baked, steamed, stir-fried, they can even be cold and added to a green salad. Cooked veggies have much more fiber than greens, cucumber, and celery. The fiber keeps you full and lowers insulin and harmful estrogen.
You must never eat less than your required amount of protein to maintain your muscle mass daily (the formula is 1.6 grams of protein per kg of body weight – divide this number by four to find the amount per meal four times per day). Add as many spices to your veggies and meals as possible. They lower insulin, inflammation, and help control appetite.

When I got these two as puppies I had NO idea what I was getting into. Josey is a #vizsla and Gabby is a #weimaraner ...if you know anything about these breads they have a TON of energy and need lots of exercise! Like 3-4 hours a day of hiking, running and play time minimum otherwise you end up with destroyed couches and chewed base boards (which still happened 😡🙄)!
My two loves are now 9 years old and they are the sweetest and most amazing dogs I could ask for, but it took a ton of work! 💪😥
The other day I reminded myself how much work they were but began to realize that because I put in the work they have turned out to be such great companions and I can’t imagine my life without them! They add so much joy and love in my life! 💜
Like anything in life...if you put the time and work into something or someone, have good intention and be committed to the end goal the outcome will surpass your expectations! 💪💪💪
You will fall down and have bumps in the road but these are called learning lessons and they allow us to become better and stronger people! 💪
Remember when things become hard and seem impossible (believe me there were several times during this journey of fur mom that I questioned my abilities!) stay committed and be patient. Things are always changing and evolving and most things in life are not permanent. Tomorrow IS a new day! 🙏🙏🙏

My Journey Continues.. not completely where I desire to be yet.. Arms, Thighs, & Booty need some toning... & my Stomach I desire to be Flat!! I wouldn’t mind some Abs either! 😏
I just finished explaining this to a friend.
I’m in stay down mode everything is going back into the business. I live off of the basic necessities. I haven’t went shopping, on a vacation, or to the spa this whole year... I have real sh*t I’m trying to do!
You have to RE- INVEST into.
👉 God is a good father that only wants what is best for us.
👉The Holy Spirit was sent to help us 1) know God’s nature, 2) understand His ways, and 3) recognize His purposes and plans. We could not do this on our own.
👉 We can better respond to God’s instructions when they believe God is who He says He is and that God can do what He says He can do. Believing precedes knowing.
👉 God reveals Himself to us as almighty, unchanging, forgiving, our provider, etc. to increase our faith for the next level.
👉 God always has more on His heart to do than we can possibly imagine. We must trust that there is a method to the madness.

Hip Dips ⠀
Whether or not you have them, love 'em or hate 'em, they're pretty much here to stay. Hips dips are present for a variety of reasons, but typically it's due to pelvic and femoral morphology (the shape and layout of your hip and thigh bones). It can be more pronounced due to a small glute med and large lateral quadriceps, so it is possible to reduce the appearance through exercise. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Honestly though, I embrace them! I may never have the "perfect" hourglass figure, but I absolutely love all my curves. They are uniquely me, and I'll be damned if I believe anyone who tells me I'm not sexy or strong or curvy enough. It's exhausting to try to make your body look like someone else's. Perfectly timed, I'm wearing a Colorado brand of athletic wear named after the #teamselflove movement. The material is super soft and lightweight. I am wearing a small in both leggings and bra, but probably could have sized up the bra.

People often ask me, "What should I take?", usually in reference to some supplement(s) that will turn their health around. Although we are all wise enough to know that certainly no "magic pill" exists, our culture and Western medicine often lead us to expect such simple solutions. My answers to those questions are: Take a walk in nature. 👣 Take time with your friends and family. While you're at it, take some time alone as well.🛀 Take time to treat yourself to a massage or pedicure. 💆♀️Take care of the stressors in your life and minimize wherever possible. Take control over your meals and prepare 🔪 more meals at home. I'm not gonna front like miss motivation and I'm sprinkling positivity...uh nope not quite yet at least. A pivotal point in my life where I'm tired of being tired. Nobody is going to want this more than me. I used to think I was doing this for someone but that's not enough. That someone is ME. It's always been ME. Lesson is don't let too much time pass before you decide to work on yourself .
Many of you know that I have an absolute love and passion for fitness and nutrition. I believe that what you put into your body is what is going to come out of it. I have been committed to my fitness journey which has been an emotional roller coaster but I can finally say it is paying off. I’ve never been technically obese and believe it or not both of these photos are exactly the same weight. I finally feel confident and beautiful in my own body. The photo on the right (not the best quality) was back from July 2017. The photo on the left was this morning July 2019. I still love food but I am conscious of my macros and how much I indulge. I still absolutely hate cardio but I manage to get cardio in prior to my weight training. It’s all about commitment, consistency and finding ways to love what you eat in moderation. Love who you are and take care of your body, I promise you the journey is well worth it. 💙
