You eat your veggies, get enough sleep, workout regularly. Everything you need to be your healthiest self, right?
But what about mentally?
Just like we regularly exercise our physical bodies, we should be exercising our minds as well. This is a sure fire way to be proactive in any mental struggles that may come our way!
Our mental skills should be viewed similarly to that of an athlete who practices to perform their best in competition where any kind of situation could come their way. If we are prepared and practice these skills on our own ahead of time, when push comes to shove, we will be more equip to conquer any type of mental situation. We become more in control of the situation than if we were to just approach it as it comes. Your all time favorite athlete never showed up to a game without putting practice in.
This light is my absolute favorite to work with 🙆🏻♀️

All of a sudden I've been REALLY into reading personal development books. I'm usually a huge fantasy enthusiast, but right now I can't get enough of these knowledge filled books
I ordered these two books on Thursday and they showed up at my door this afternoon (thanks @amazon! 😄). And I'm seriously so excited to dive into them!
