Божественное блюдо для любителей «хочу что-нибудь интересненького и чтоб быстро» 😎. Сочетание спелой груши со слабосоленым лососем и соусом «Песто»😍

Готовлю на 2 порции:
⠀
🍐 Багет — 4 пластика
🍐 Сладкая груша (мягкая) — 270 гр
🍐 Тимьян — 2 веточки

Начнем с пленяющего песто🌱  Пармезан тру на терке и смешиваю со всеми ингредиентами. Пробиваю ручным блендером не сильно! Это важно! Соус должен быть достаточно густым и неоднородным. В конце довожу до вкуса солью.

Для потрясающего чатни из груши проделываю пару несложных движений: с груши снимаю кожуру и режу небольшим кубиком. После на оливковом масле обжариваю грушу с листиками тимьяна на сильном огне. Примерно 2 минуты. Вливаю бальзамический уксус и выпариваю его. Снимаю с огня.

На подсушенный хлеб выкладываю грушу, аппетитные пластики лосося и декорирую ароматным соусом песто. Уже вижу, как это блюдо вызывает восторг и просьбы приготовить еще раз 🙈😻

Bahan :
100 grm udang buang kulit tinggal ekor
1 papan pete
Kerupuk kulit b2
1 buah tahu goreng potong-potong 
2 siung bawang putih 
1 bh bawang bombay 
1 btg serai geprek
3 lbr daun salam
3 lbr daun jeruk 
1 cm lengkuas geprek
3 cabe merah besar
5 bh cabe rawit hijau
1 bh tomat potong 
1 sdm tauco
Air secukupnya
Larutan tepung maizena
Gula dan perasa secukupnya

Cara :
1. Panaskan minyak masukkan bawang putih, bawang merah besar, serai, daun salam, daun jeruk dan lengkuas tumis sebentar. 
2. Masukkan cabe merah dan cabe hijau aduk-aduk baru masukkan tauco, gula dan perasa.
3. Tambahkan krupuk kulit b2, pete dan udang aduk-aduk dan beri air secukupnya.
4. Beri larutan tepung maizena terakhir masukkan tahu dan tomat aduk-aduk rata. 
5. Angkat dan sajikan😋

  • Potato mat chaat

It's so easy and tasty chaat.its unique u serv it as starter .You can use any vegis or sprout or even fruit you love to eat.here i used all three indgridients.here i made a mat with the grated potatoes. So let's start:

Ingredients :-
1 grated potato
2 tsp corn flour
1 cup chopped tomato
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped boil potato
1 cup pomegranate
1 cup boil black chickpea/kala chans
2 tsp finely chopped coriander
1 cup garlic sev
1 cup dates and tamaraind chutteny
1 cup garlic chutteny

Procedure:-
1.grated the potato and soaked it's water and let it dry.and sprinkle corn flour on it.
2.hit oil in pan on medium flame
3.take one stainer put the grated potato in it.and press with the another stainer or round spatula .And fry it.
4.then take out it from stainer and press it.so became flat in shape.so became mate style.
5 now time to toppings.add  1 tsp of boil potato,tomato,onion, pomegranate, chickpeas,sev, chuttenies and last coriander .

  • Butter chicken:

This is a pretty simple one pot recipe which doesn’t require much time to prepare..I made this recipe the other day and served some to my fiancée and he was acting all mind blown by it..he said it was the best butter chicken he had tasted in a very long time..and it tasted exactly like the butter chicken he had eaten from some prestigious restaurant in dubai back when he used to work there and just stood there listening to him not believing anything he was saying and thinking ha ha very funny now let’s get to the part where you tell me what’s wrong with the recipe..but he simply kept saying the same thing 😂 I hadn’t tasted it so I didn’t know if should believe him..but when i did I knew he was right..!! 😃 so here goes the recipe and i hope you guys try it out and love it as much as we did..!! Ingredients:-
Chicken boneless-300gms
Tomato-1big(finely chopped)
Onion-1big(finely chopped)
Cream-2tbs
Ginger garlic paste-2tbs
Salt to taste
Cashews-8-10
Butter-2tbs
Chilli powder-1 1/2tbs(Kashmiri chilli powder)
Turmeric powder-1/2tspn
Sugar-1tbs
Oil-2-3tbs
Garamasala-1/2tspn 
Directions-

Marinate the chicken with some salt,1/4tspn garamasala,1tbs ginger garlic paste,1/2tbs chilli powder,1/4tspn turmeric powder..and set it aside for 15 to 20 minutes. In a saucepan add in some oil and 1tbs butter stir fry the chicken pieces until they are nicely done and turn lightly brown in colour..set these aside and into the same pan add 1tbs butter and sauté the onions and ginger garlic paste until the onions starts to turn a nice golden brown colour..(do not let it brown all the way)..add the rest of the chilli powder,turmeric powder,garamasala and some salt to taste..saute well for 2-3 minutes..now add in the tomatoes and cashews..sauté well and add in 1cup water..place the lid on and let it cook throughly for about 15-20 minutes or until everything turns into a mush...switch off the flame and transfer the mixture into a blender and blend it into a fine paste..strain and transfer it back to the pan..switch on the flame and add in the chicken pieces..#foodphotography #foodstagram #homecooked #homemade #butterchicken #foodism #homechefs_india #homecooking #homechef
