Roughly chop seekh kebab, Cheddar, Red Leicester, and Mozarella. Toss in a bowl and keep aside.
Butter two slices of bread on both sides. Heat up a pan with a few drops of oil and place one slice in the centre. Quickly spread a tsp of cream cheese and carefully place the seekh kebab and mixed cheeses on top. Add a dash of cracked black pepper and Worcestershire sauce before placing the 2nd slice of bread on top.
Flatten and squeeze with a spatula and cook for a couple of minutes before carefully scooping from underneath and turning over. Cook for another couple of minutes before sprinkling a few drops of water on the free edges in the pan around the sandwich and cover with a lid and steam cook on low heat for a further minute.
Take out and enjoy a gooey and guilt-ridden mess. 😋
You can also add finely chopped onions, green chillies, coriander, etc., and experiment with different cheeses. #cheese
