  • Process: creamy one pot cajun chicken and rice. I didn’t feel like going to the grocery store so I pulled out what I had that seemed like it might go together and had some fun. Not pictured is the cajun seasoning I used for the chicken (same one in the cajun chicken pasta tutorial on my YouTube channel ((same name))).

  • I threw this together on a whim, and it was delicious and filling. I only added enough cheese to make it creamy; y’all know I’m lukewarm on cheese in general. Topped my husband’s bowl with more tho. Ingredients in previous post. Pretty sure Johnny Cash wouldn’t care if I used his song, Sony.

Qualcuno di voi conosce questa sindrome o ancor meglio ne è affetto?
Chi l'ha provata almeno una volta sa che quando arriva arriva, c'è veramente poco da fare, la si può solo soddisfare. 
Pena... l'infelicità, e di mercoledì non possiamo proprio permettercelo! Giusto?
Ebbene. 
Andiamo per ordine:
📌Problema 1 👉🏻irrefrenabile voglia di 🍕! 📌📌Problema 2 👉🏻 troppo tardi per metter su un impasto classico
📌Problema 3 👉🏻 la voglia è di pizza fatta in casa quindi esclusissima ogni idea di pizzeria o consegne a domicilio etc...etc...

  • There are only two kinds of salads in this world:  a salad as most of us know - a few dull leaves with zero excitement & then there is a Salad that is exactly as it was meant to be by Nature herself, a SALAD  that makes every cell sing with joy.

These are a few simple guidelines on how to make the most amazing salad eva. - Mix a few kinds of FRESH salad leaves. Roman & Rocket are my personal favorites.
- Raw veggies: carrots, tomatoes, celery, beets, cucumbers, purple cabbage & onion, raddish, peppers, etc. The more variety - the greater nutritional value is.
- Yummy, healthy DRESSING is a must, for instance -  raw Coconut/extra virgin Olive/Avocado oil mixed with lemon juice OR ACV, fresh/dry herbs,  Celtic/Himalayan salt make a healthy delicious dressing.
 Nutri yeast, mustard, fresh garlic, capers, lemon zest can be used to create desired flavours.
- Always add NUTS/SEEDS/SPROUTS
Pumpkin/Sunflower/Sesame seeds, Walnuts/Almonds /Pine nuts are absolutely amazing in salads. - Mix cooked & raw,(unless you are fully raw). Something cooked in a salad seems to make it more of a meal which is important for someone like me who eats once a day.
Lightly steamed broccoli, baked sweet potatoes/beans/chick peas, fried mushrooms/eggplant, roasted red peppers/zuccinis will complement your creation & make you fall in love with salads.
- Never miss a chance to add avocadoes.
- Adding fresh herbs & edible flowers to salads puts a cherry on a cake, as they say.
Voila - today is HAPPY  EARTH SALAD.

This may be especially important for those with an iron deficiency, as well as vegetarians and vegans.⁣
Several methods can be used to reduce the phytic acid content of foods, including soaking, sprouting and fermentation.⁣

The brown peel of almonds also contains tannin, which might inhibit nutrient absorption. Once the almonds are soaked, the peel comes off easily, allowing the nuts to release nutrients. ⁣

Home made almond milk
1. Soak the almonds in water overnight. Drain and rinse.⁣
2. Add your soaked almonds, fresh water, a pinch of salt to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Keep it running for at least 1-2 minutes so you get the most out of your almonds.⁣
3. Strain using a cheese cloth or a thin dish towel. Simply lay the clean cloth over a mixing bowl, pour over the almond milk, carefully gather the corners, and lift up. Then squeeze until all of the liquid is extracted. Discard pulp, or save for baking biscuits, cakes or add in soups⁣
4. Transfer milk to a jar or covered bottle and refrigerate. Will keep for up to 4-5 days, though best when fresh. Shake well before drinking, as it tends to separate⁣

Mais en réalité, si on y réfléchit un peu, le fait-maison est en passe de devenir un acte de militantisme 😮. En choisissant de cuisiner, de faire soi-même, on choisit de dire non au gaspillage alimentaire 😊, non à la surconsommation ☺️, non aux produits industriels 😝! Et on dit oui aux produits du jardin 😀, oui aux conserves maison 🙂, oui au bien-manger 😋, oui au... (la suite sur le blog).

  • 🥥 Rochers coco 🥥

La recette des rochers coco est idéale pour écouler des blancs d'œufs! Si vous souhaitez des rochers réguliers je vous donne une petite astuce ; il suffit d'utiliser un presse-citron. Vous remplissez la partie creuse, il faut bien presser et ensuite retourner le presse-agrume sur une plaque et taper bien fort pour démouler. Renouveller l'opération jusqu'à a épuisement de la préparation coco. ⭐ RECETTE ⭐ ✔️ 2 gros blancs d'œufs
✔️ 130 g de coco râpée
✔️ 80g de g de sucre + 1 sachet de sucre vanillé
✔️ Le zeste d'un citron jaune ➡️ Mélanger tous les ingrédients dans un saladier. Laisser reposer 1h au frais. ➡️ Former les rochers coco à l'aide de vos mains ou d'un presse agrumes. ➡️ Cuisson 25 à 30 minutes à 180°C. 
Pour plus de gourmandise vous pouvez les enrober de chocolat fondu et laisser prendre afin de faire une coque en 🍫
