Just some thoughts on #humility . A great quality that shouldn’t ever be neglected for when we are humble we invite peace, positivity, and understanding.

Ya know it's going down when I break out the cozy pants and soft lights.
Okay, that was going to be the whole caption, but I feel like rambling so sorry not sorry¿? (Not sorry)
But for real tho I've been in my element lately. I've been happily writing like a mad man and don't even have much to show for it 😂
Which is funny really bc lookin back I used to get insanely paranoid about how much I wanted to do and how little I'd actually get accomplished. ESPECIALLY musically. It's always been my dream to write and release my own music, but I'd get so overwhelmed with how incapable I was that I'd just sit... and sit... and dwell... and more time would pass and nothing had changed??? It was like I'd created some arbitrary timeline for my progress that would make or break my success... crazy right? So rather than grind and put in the work, I'd spend all my time worrying about how terrible I was at everything. Not to mention how I put other people's opinions above my own. But shit happens when you need it to. At some point I realized that humility, hustle, and self awareness are a huge key to happiness (@garyvee). And don't get me wrong, I have an INSANE amount of work to do to get to the point I want to be at. Like, a lot. But turns out when you stop giving af about others and ease up on yourself you start to notice how quickly you can improve.
So I guess if there's any take away from this wildly drawn out post, it's that there's nothing quite like doing what you love with no strings attached. And if the two songs I have very rough drafts for are any indication of the finished project, ya boi will be on cloud 9 when all is said and done.
Love you all, thanks for reading ❤
TLDR: I'm taking a very long time to finish my music, but that's okay because life is long and worth enjoying
Though he was in the form of God, he did not consider being equal with God something to exploit.
But he emptied himself by taking the form of a slave and by becoming like human beings.
When he found himself in the form of a human, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.
Therefore, God highly honored him and gave him a name above all names, so that at the name of Jesus everyone in heaven, on earth, and under the earth might bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." Philippians 2:5-11
The Holy Bible
English Standard Version "1Who has believed what he has heard from us?
And to whom has the arm of the LORD been revealed?
2For he grew up before him like a young plant,
and like a root out of dry ground;
he had no form or majesty that we should look at him,
and no beauty that we should desire him." Which of these looks more like what the Word of God acutally describes Jesus Christ looked like?
On Thursday evening, Jesus and His disciples prepared to share the Passover supper. That meal would be the last of Jesus’ earthly ministry. The room was prepared. The table was set. Jesus prayed a blessing over their meal, and as the bread was broken and the cup passed, He gave those elements new significance. He equated the broken bread to His body, broken for them in death. A cup of wine now illustrated the power of a blood covenant: His blood shed for them.
But if you look closely, Jesus also gave a prophetic picture of hope after His death, alluding to His resurrection. -----
He told His disciples that the next time He would drink from the vine would be with them in His Father’s Kingdom. Right there, in that moment, Jesus gently reminded them that the grave is not the end, but a means to the future. As He prepared for death, He also prepared His friends for a new life they had never experienced.
Even on the eve of betrayal, persecution and death, Jesus revealed His plans to give each of us a hope and a future! Are you in the fight of your life? Have you been waiting on the fulfillment of a promise? The word of the Lord for you is this: lift up your head! God is using this season, as difficult as it may be, to prepare you for what is to come. -----
Have you experienced moments of hopelessness? How does this truth bring those moments into perspective?
How do you think God may be preparing you in this season for the next? ----- #GodFirst#GodAlways#WalkWithChrist#Grace#Strength#Prayer#YouAreNotAlone#Peace#Praise#Joy#Love#Faith#Forgiveness#Hope#Mercy#Acceptance#PraiseHim#Trust#ChristJesus#Rejoice#NoFear#Redeemed#Truth#Humility
