Run when you can, walk if you have to, craw if you must, just never give up.
Am running with @kailashranvir ,he is a seasoned runner, professional Diver, good friend from years and real passionate about what he does, am glad I collaborated with him to run, we have an aim this time for the marathon, we will do it. Being a solo runner, even though I do longer distances, sometimes I tend to get lazy, and start walking , one small break, which breaks the whole momentum, but running with somebody who has a spirit to run is entirely different, push to the limits.
I was watching vlogs on why do people run , was amazed by the kind of answers I heard, will put few of them here.
1. I need to move
2. Helps me relax and get all my thoughts out.
3. Am at my personal best when I run.
4. How I finish is not important, how I ran, how I pushed that extra mile, makes all the difference.
5. I belong to a different tribe, tribe who loves challenges.
6. Make your every step count.
7. It's a lifestyle.
8. Will I cramp?, will I fail?, will I finish? Just get across the finish line you will have your answers. #run#running#runnersofinstagram#hyderabadrunners#werunforpassion#runninggoals#fitness#fitnessmotivation#hyderabad#longdistancerunning#ontheroad#igrunners#strongereveryday#nature#go#start#sweat#pushyourlimits#goals#stretching

It's true.. Running isn't a sport for pretty boys.. it's about the sweat in your hair, blisters on your feet and the frozen spit on your chin and the nausea in your gut.. with throbbing calves and cramps.. ever had this feeling... And when the whole world is dreaming in the bed..and you are being on a lonely road.. running like a champion even when there is not a single soul in sight to cheer you... But still you run so you can train and preserve until every fiber in your legs, mind, and heart is turned to steel.. which will finally forge you to become the best runner... I always experienced this and I'm glad I chose running.
Though I wasn't running for the last 45days still I was able to make it and actually this is one of the best long run... 15th medal in the kit.. out of which 2-5k runs, 12-10k runs and 1-21kms... Hope I will continue this and will try to become the best version of myself.
A big thank you to @uscghyderabad@hyderabadrunnerssociety for organising this runat my favourite place @uohyd#runnersofinstagram #runner#15thmedal#10krunner#runforlife#runforfitness#runfornature#runforcause#hyderabadrunners#kbrrunners
1000KM in span of 7 months ..This is not my bike mileage 😂..Yes this is my running one 🏃to be specific for #AHM2019#HM ,May be I have to put this disclaimer😜 because I myself would not believe if someone said the same to me at the start of this year but I DID IT💪 . At the end of last year I was out of running and not even active in one way or other bcoz of injury 😒and relocating to new home/new place didn't helped the cause also,But the same relocation helped me to be part of awesome bunch of folks #bhelacerunners which turned the tide for me this year .I should thank @sandeepkumarrevalla for introducing me to this group and #runmachas for organizing 10*10 challenge in Feb this year which brought me back on track . During this challenge I met several folks in #bhelacerunners group who are insanly crazy which is mentored by @runningyogi_siva . I must be blessed to be part of such a crazy training group where one can gets inspired easily and can learn a lot just hearing their experiences which pushed my boundaries . Special thanks to @runningyogi_siva for mentoring and training in a structured organic way by setting realistic targets and guiding through out personally.
There is saying like "Its journey that matters not the destination" . Now I can make sense of it as i enjoyed this journey of training for a race irrespective of the result and will cherish it with so many merories of long runs, chatty runs, runs with pain .. Hope this journey of being active continues forever.

After the AHM dry run on Sunday.
Easy HM but I ain't 100%.
I haven't fully recovered from the stomach bug that's been pestering me for over 15 days now.
Started well, picked up pace and looked set for a good finish until about 8K when my stomach started rumbling. Just at 9K, I'd to rush to a popular restaurant by jumping into their window to use their toilet.
After a break of about 5-6 minutes, I was back on the route. Came back with 3 kilometres of around 4:45 to cover the lost ground. And then came the Gachibowli flyover - a good 950 meters stretch that I believe I handled well. Then was the last lap to the finish with me covering a little over 22 kilometres in about 02:06.
Finished the HM in just under 2 hours..01:58:56 that included a 13-minute 9th kilometre.
Yes, I managed to hold on pretty well in the end..
I also have started to feel that the legs are moving more swiftly but the body ain't responding in the same manner - it could be due to the weight. I've to cut down on my weight. I've to manage my food better and my sleep too.
So much to do... It's never too hunky-dory. Despite putting in the training, there are times when your body gives up - mostly when you haven't recovered from niggles or bouts of ill-health.
Gotta see a doctor today... #sunday#sundayrunday#sundaymorningrun#slrsunday#ahm#airtelhyderabadmarathon #ahm2019#hyderabadrunners#lbnagarrunners#runnersofinstagram#running#longrunsunday#sundaylongrun#hydrunners#hyderabad#runnersofinsta#runnersofindia
Vertical Leap/Jump - Does a jumping count as a workout? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Yes !!They do count as a workout!! Like running, rolling, swinging and other fun stuff. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Even if you don't need to participate in a sport that requires leaping ability, you still might want to pay attention to it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Practically the vertical leap is frequently used as a measuring tool to assess the ability to display power, explosive strength, and the ability to use your strength. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What role does it play in parkour? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
While jumping in and of itself is not parkour, it carries over and has direct benefits in many aspects of the discipline.
Most importantly, a strong jump equates to strong landings. After all it is essentially the same muscles one uses for both jumping and landing. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Jumping can help your climbing, wall running, vaults, and any other technique that requires, or benefits from, explosive power from the legs.
