  • Inutile dirvi che ci dobbiamo ricaricare per questa settimana... Lo sappiamo che sono solo scuse per mangiare sempre pizze 😂 ma poi come si fa a resistere ad una pizza con polpettine e parmigiana di melanzane?! Ogni morso è un esplosione di sapori 🔝

  • Ciambella Salata Asiago,zucchine,uova sode e peperoncino.

Spicy Salty Donut Bread filled in with zucchini, boiled eggs, and Asiago cheese.

Ingredients 
5cups 
2 cups of warm water
1 cup of Milk
2/3 cup of melted butter
2 tea spoon of salt
1 tea spoon of sugar
1 tbs of red chili peppers 
Asiago cheese as you like 
3 medium size cooked zucchini
8 shredded boiled eggs
1 little bag of dried yeast 
1 beaten egg 
1 room temperature tbs of butter

How to cook zucchini:  I like my zucchini diced. 
In a pan add 2 tbs of extra virgin olive oil, a clove garlic and the red hot chili pepper.  Cook it on a medium heat till the color of the garlic turns gold.  Add the diced zucchini and cook them for about 10 minutes and let them cool down. Remove the garlic.

Activate yeast. 
For the dough:  in a large bowl mix together flour and sugar, add the activated yeast and mix it together. 
Add a little at the time, by working the dough, the warm water and salt, then add milk, butter and the beaten egg.  Once the dough comes together, transfer the dough on a clean countertop sprinkled with a little flour and work the dough till smooth and not sticky.  Put it back in a large bowl cover it with transparent wrap and a cloth.

Let the dough rise for a couple of hours in a warm place, usually the oven with the light on works just fine.

Once the dough is doubled in size, put it back on the countertop and give it the shape of a big rectangle.

Get the room temperature tbs of butter and spread it  on the shaped dough.  Sprinkle the eggs, Asiago cheese and zucchini all over the surface of the dough and roll it into the shape of a big sausage.

In a round pan spread butter and add the the rolled dough.  Let it rest and continue to rise for other 20/30 minutes in a warm place with a clean cloth on the top. 
Pre heat the oven to 360* F once it reaches the temperature let it cook for 1 hour.
