What we love here: Bayroute Kale n Avocado, Muhamrah, Bayroute Kolokithi, Ispanak Mantar, Baklava, Ryhan, Salted Caramel Baklava Sheikh.
Why Visit: A complete Persian experience served on your plate with authentic flavors and mesmerizing ambience. .
Our Review: 5 / 5 @bayroutediningis a newly opened fine dine at High Street Phoenix. The ambience of this place is beautifully maintained to give you the vibe of Persia. They have a two-level spacious seating, the upper level being prettier with the natural light coming throughthe glass windows. Moving on to the food we tried their Bayroute Kale and Avocado which was tossed with Sumac spice Avocados and garnished with Pomegranate Molasses this is a dish you cannot miss. Muhamrah, Bayroute Kolokithi are traditional Lebanon dishes seasoned with authentic Lebanese seasonings. Ispanak Mantar is aTurkish flavour some bread which we found very unique in terms of presentation as well as taste. For Dessert, we had the amazing Baklava topped with Gulkandh Icecream and Crystallized Rose Petals. Coming to the drinks section they have an extraordinary sense in creating delights to drink, we tried their Ryhan and Salted Caramel Baklava Sheikh both of these are worth a try. It’s your turn to experience the very pinnacle of human culture and sophistry, along with the middle-eastern culture and heritage.

Butter chicken rice from @munchbox_mlr .
Have you guys tried from this place?
They are available on @zomatoin and @swiggyindia . ₹180 for the bowl.
I am not fond of butter chicken having a sweet taste but I have tried two places and both had a slight sweet taste to it. Now I don't really know if mangalore serves butter chicken the same way.
Other than that the gravy was loaded which richness and it was good but again it overode the quantity of rice and it was more of "Butter chicken" than the rice.
Yet another person could have the curry along with some bread.. 😅

A family member was once missing the taste of vada pav, a street dish that was regularly consumed whilst spending time in India. I asked a friend, who often cooked Indian food, for the recipe and this was what was given:
A fabulous recipe that one must try.
For a healthier version, there are also baked vada pav recipes on the Internet.
Thank you to those who crave and introduce you to new foods and those that supply wonderful recipes 🙏.
