It's been little over a year since I joined @Influenster, and I secretly dreamed of one day getting a major beauty-based #voxbox . This month I was invited to the @beautyblender campaign where I'm testing their latest Re-Dew Set & Refresh Spray along with 2 limited edition #beautyblender makeup sponges! 😍 The sponges give my makeup a more even look while the spray provides a light dewy finish. Highly recommended! -
I love my complimentary Becca Cosmetics Influenster VoxBox! The products are great! The lipsticks apply easily and feel creamy on your lips. My lips felt hydrated and the color lasted long. The lip liners also applied smoothly and paired well with the lipsticks. I love the idea of finding your lipstick match based on your skin’s undertones. I feel like this gives the products a personalized aspect and that’s something that you don’t find too often with makeup. I recommend these products and the Becca Cosmetics brand, overall. #BECCAUltimateLipstickLove#contest#complimentary@BECCACosmetics@Influenster
Thank you @influensterca for sending over the amazing @olehenriksen Banana Bright Face Primer 🍌. This primer can be worn alone or mixed in with your foundation. It has the most subtle glow making your skin look extremely healthy and supple. I love mixing this into my matte foundation which gives the perfect daytime glow especially since spring has arrived! The smell is absolutely divine and I get so excited to use this every morning 🍊. There are so many amazing benefitsIn this product including vitamin C! This gives your skin the boost it needs-especially in the morning. Thank you again @influensterca for letting me test this product out! I recommend this product if you’re looking for a a soft and dewy Primer. 🍌
It’s been 2 weeks since I started using the @peterthomasrothofficial Peptide 21 Collection and those 3 —-the peel pads, the serum and the moisturizer make my skin care dream team. •
It normally takes a month for me to see some results when it comes to skin care but I can see that it’s already addressing some of my skin issues like uneven skin tone and texture. I’m learning to invest more in anti-aging skin care products since I’m already in my early 30’s. A review on these products will be up on the blog in 2 more weeks. •
Thanks @influenster for sending these products my way. #Peptide21#PileOnThePeptides#contest#complimentary
Today’s makeup inventory is foundations. I currently only have 5 in my collection, which I think is a reasonable number. I am definitely a fan of full coverage, and I prefer a more matte finish. • The Kat Von D is an old favorite, but I have recently felt like it is too thick and cakey. I won’t repurchase after this is gone. •The Tarte Amazonian Clay is one of my all time favorites! I love that it has SPF, and it wear beautifully on my skin. • I love Clinique skincare and decided to give the Beyond Perfecting foundation a chance. Unfortunately I don’t like it at all. It looks great when I first put it on, but it doesn’t wear well on my skin. By lunchtime, my skin is a mess. I won’t repurchase when I finish this one. •The Estee Laudet Double Wear is a cult classic, and for a good reason. It wears beautifully, covers everything I want covered, and doesn’t break down on my skin. It is my go to foundation for when I want a flawless look. •The BareMinerals foundation stick is new to my collection (sent to me #complimentary from @influenster). I am still testing this out, but it is definitely light to medium coverage. It is good for light/no makeup days, but not my favorite and I will not buy again.
Another favorite of mine is the YSL All Hours Foundation. It was what I wore on my wedding day, and I plan to eventually add it back into my collection.
This summer I plan to try out Too Faced’s Peach Perfect Matte foundation.
I have yet to find a drugstore foundation that I like. The makeup revolution liquid and stick foundation is on my list, as well as Colour Pop’s stick foundation.
Let me know your favorites!
Been trying out this new perfume! Gotta love it! It smells beautiful and is great quality. I got this sample for free but this is my opinion :) 😍 #influenstervoxbox#perfume#sample

A huge thank you to both @olehenriksen and @influenster for this amazing primer “Banana Bright Face Primer” now sold @sephora.
I’ve been testing it out for a week , and I have honestly got to say, it’s been a huge staple to add to my makeup routine.
This primer gives my skin a natural healthy glow with vitamin C , and also keeps my makeup smooth and flawless all day 💕
Vitamin C helps brighten, and rejuvenates your skin for a more flawless complexion ✨
It has a smooth, lightweight texture that’s great for all skin types, and it doesn’t make my makeup look greasy by the end of the day . You only need a small amount, and can be used with and without makeup.
Plus it smells so good! 😍
I received this primer complimentary from @influenster for my honest review.
I’m posting with and without makeup with no editing to give you guys, my honest feedback and review. #influenster#influenstervoxbox#olehenriksen#beautyblogger#bananabrightprimer#brightaway#contest#complimentary@olehenriksen@Influenster
Jane Iredale Beauty Prep Hyaluronic Serum || This is the first product I've tried from Jane Iredale. I had seen their makeup in passing, but overall was unfamiliar with the brand and was not previously aware they had a skincare line. That being said, I didn't know what to expect going in. My skin loves a hydrating serum though, and the ingredients looked nice, so I was down to try this.
Upon opening the package, right off, the first thing that caught my attention was the care that went in to the wrapping and presentation, and as for the product itself it is housed in a chic frosted glass bottle with convenient pump dispenser.
I’ve used this as my hydrating serum, both day and night, exclusively for to give a proper review.
Texture: Comes out of the pump looking like a gel, but glides on the skin with the ease of a liquid and feels like silk on the skin. Doesn’t leave a sticky residue like some HA serums can.
Scent: No added fragrance or essential oils, light scent that reminds me a bit of cucumber.
Price-wise, this is on up there at $52 (US) – In comparison to a few of my favorites, that’s a couple dollars less than Moon Juice Plumping Jelly Serum ($58) and more than Live Botanical HA Serum ($30)
The verdict: This is quite good! I would put it up there alongside my faves. It’s non-irritating (a must for my sensitive skin) and actually felt soothing during a sensitivity flare-up. This layers well under my other skincare. My skin feels hydrated, looks & feels more plump + smooth.
To sum up, this worked really well for me 👍
