  • Tc Priestly - I’m Gomeroi from Moree, hadnt boxed in 5 years was weighing 87kg and decided to give boxing one more go with one goal in mind which was to be able to fight for an Australian title so my sons had someone they could look up to so at the start of 2017 I started training and lost 29kg in 6 months had my first pro fight. In the two years as a pro I lost 3 out of my 6 fights got cheated on two decisions and really thought about quitting but my vision was always clear so I pushed on and got a crack at the Australian superfeather weight title and I went to my opponents backyard and stopped him in 7 rounds. #inspiring #goalsetting #boxing #gomeroi #Aboriginalhealth #focused #mindset #hungry #blackfitness #healthjourney #family

We're going all out plus trying to savor every moment.

Knew it would come, prepared but still overwhelmed emotionally, in a good way.

Not only is the character of the book incredibly well developed through the trial and tribulations of his life but the writer of the book himself was extraordinary. It was only recently that I came to wonder how it was possible for the author to have such deep insight into a characters physic and I was surprised he was an adman and executive at J Walter Thompson. After retiring, at aged 50, he wrote his first novel, The Power of One which went onto be a best seller. After he wrote 20 novels within 21 years. It’s perhaps no surprise of his success in advertising - as his descriptions are so empathetic that you can not help but feel as if you are the character in the book - which is moving in Courtnay’s ability to get his audience to truly connect with the message he was passing. #inspiring #moving #authors #brycecourtnay #powerofone #peekay #boxing

Set a timer⏱ for 20 minutes. Perform each exercise for as many times as possible. With 30 seconds in between each round. .

2. Front to reverse lunge x10 EL
3. Reverse plank toe touches x20
