  • Posting some #inspiring #quotes today. This is why we can’t allow things. Because as soon as we say “I don’t care” somebody will exploit that. It’s unfortunate how our civilization has downgraded. #maga —————————————FOLLOW ME FOR MORE #DANKMEMES #WWG1WGA 🐸🇺🇸

  • THE MOST BOLD MOVE YOU CAN MAKE TODAY: staring down your chronic illness and taking back your power by choosing your attitude.
⠀
Yes, there are symptoms.
⠀
Yes, there are emotions.
⠀
AND YES, there is enough room in this "messy middle” for you to choose an attitude of resilience or courage or determination or gratitude.
⠀
The symptoms are still there. The emotions come and go. But now you’ve got your resolve back because you’ve told your chronic illness that it no longer has your permission to choose your attitude FOR you.

  • It's Friiidddaaaayyyy! And this is MY MOOD! (Except me hair 😂 me fix up now)
But! It's crazy how my cousin caught me in my element packaging chickens for @jm.farms customers. I am so grateful for many things God has given me, the skills I have acquired, knowledge I have gained and all the opportunities I have experienced so far in life but THIS ONE HERE! My own farming business ?? 🤯 Never thought of that many years ago.
●●●● This is just to show that;

1. Things change. Change is constant. Growth is needed at all times.

2. Learn! Go out and just do random things, you would be surprised to know that you are damn good at it.
And 3! . When your cousin gonna snap a pic of you working, tell her to pause and put on your wig, lipgloss... maybe lashes? And say CHEEESSEEEE 😁 . ❗DISCLAIMER ❗*Chickens are available! $200 per pound. They are whole chickens not mixed parts. Y'all need to learn to cut chicken 😭*

  • December 12, 2019. It's always sunny in Los Angeles which means hiking is beautiful year round. Especially in December and January when the temperature is mildly hot and mildly cold. These are the best months to be in Los Angeles. I joined my friend @michaeldignum on one of my favorite hikes to Echo Mountain.
From wiki: Echo Mountain's name is derived from the number of repetitions one's voice could emit into Castle Canyon. Boy Scout projects were made to find the "sweet spot" where the largest number of repetitions could be heard. During the days of the Mount Lowe Railway "echophones" were set up to assist in voice projections near the best sweet spots. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Echo_Mountain?wprov=sfla1

At an elevation of 3207ft, the ruins of White City sit on top of Echo Mountain.
Back in the day (circa 1883), the Mount Lowe Railway carried tourists from Altadena, CA up the side of this mountain where there used to be a Victorian hotel called the Echo House aka the “White City.” Sadly, a fire took the house out in 1900, and the railway was abandoned in 1938 due to years of economic trouble paired with a disastrous flood.
