Chocolates filled with white chocolate fruit ganache finished with splattered cocoa butter that I made in the kitchen in London. Very fun making these as we used many different flavours like passion fruit, raspberry and blackcurrant! Lots of lovely variation combined with milk and dark chocolate.
We ran out of eggs yesterday, and with no opportunity to buy anymore in we thought that was it for our customers who were looking for a healthy option over Easter. Then by pure chance, we came in this morning to find these chocolate bunnies had been laying their chocolate eggs all night (don't ask questions or the tooth fairy and father Christmas will come looking for you) anyway as a result we have organic raw vegan mulberry and Goji, vanoffee chocolate eggs and bunnies available in the shop today and tomorrow.
