Every choice you make, you lose the gain of another alternative. It just depends on which has a bigger gain.

ex. To sleep in and be less tired.. or get up meal prep even though you’ll be tired. Even though you’ll be tired, you’ll have food ready so you don’t have to buy lunch the next day. If you sleep in, you won’t be as tired for the next day but you will be less prepared.

I’m going to be #basic and blame my indecisiveness on being a #libra but by thinking in these terms, I’ve started to make better decisions, stay more motivated because I am progressing (mentally+physically), and stay on track with my goals. I don’t feel as if I have ultimatums and that one choice is right or wrong. All choices are good but one will benefit the most.

Decided to add in @jeremyscottfitness 10 minute torch to my workout today for the first 2 exercises here! 
1 min of DB Exchange Lunges 
1 min Single Arm Burpee Press (30 sec each arm)

Also included some manmakers & bicep curls in today’s workout 💪

Also I still can’t get over how cute these @wagsandweights shorts are every time I wear them 😍

Here’s a couple exercises from tonight to work the core ✨

2️⃣ V-ups

Fitness doesn’t have to be complicated! You can get A LOT out of the use of your own bodyweight and using simple exercises that engage multiple muscle groups. ~
Some of the other exercises I used for this workout include hop overs, push ups, squats, and did some shoulder work 💪
