Wer kennts? 😂🙋🏼♀️

Is this true or what? Forcing yourself to eat something you don’t like because it’s healthy or going to the gym 2 hours once a month is not going to get you the results you are looking for!
Healthy choices have to be woven into your daily routine. Things like waking up to a talk glass of water, daily movement, daily smart dinner and snacks.
Going to bed at a decent hour instead of trying to catch up on the weekend. Making plans and setting goals also need to be apart of your daily routine.
I know I’m not saying anything new, but we all need those reminders!! Make small changes and see what sticks!❤️🙌🏻

Bit more of a motivational post for you guys today. But was listening to a podcast by the awesome @philgraham01 earlier today and he said something that really resonated with me.
He mentioned about finding and knowing your why! Now I’m going to make this specific to training but it is a universal question that I think is really good to figure out in most things that happen in life. for example “Why do you get up in the morning?” I see people in the gym on a regular basis that have no idea or structure in what they’re doing but want to achieve specific goals (fat loss, build muscle, sports related etc) and they wonder why they aren’t achieving them.
Now some people may enjoy that particularity type of training so you could make the argument that their why is “spontaneity” or the enjoyment of not knowing what comes next. However in order to achieve a specific goal you need specific focus and structure in place to achieve that goal.
You wouldn’t look up at Mount Everest and day okay I’m going to go this way without any reason why, you’d specifically put a plan in place to suit your physical needs that will allow you to reach the summit and take in that amazing view, or the limited amount t of oxygen. The same exact principle can be said for training.
Your why could be family, could be passion, love of training specific body parts, could be routine, or an emotional attachment to specific training methods or emotional attachments to movements.
But be honest to yourself and ask yourself if it’s getting you closer to where you want to be in the gym? If not maybe it’s time to figure out a more precise approach to help you achieve those goals.
Find your why and let it fill you up with motivation that you know you’re doing everything in your power to get you to the goals you want to achieve! #exerciseexecution#progression#fitness#fitnessmotivation#life #motivation#personaltrainer#exercise#changeyourbody#instafit#fitspo#instafitfam#health#progress#onestepatatime#why#photo#bodybuilding#backtowork#training#hardwork#consistency#patience#train#inspiration#mindset#findyourwhy#muscle#workout#technique
😂 A little late night humor but Lord knows I am trying I started a run program and revisited my Beachbody T25. I have debated between that program and Cize, but I wanted to get down to business first. .
Which one would personally give you the maximum benefit but keep you engaged to continue your healthy lifestyle journey? I am tempted to switch to Cize because I love to dance💃
The Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) Scale is an excellent tool used by Personal Trainers to evaluate how hard their clients are pushing in the gym. Turns out it doesn’t play quite as well when you try to use it as a measure of how hard your partner is pushing during labour... How was I to know?! . .
