Si tratta di una metodologia di allenamento che consiste nell’eseguire movimenti pluriarticolari in brevi sequenze, ad un’intensità alta e con brevi tempi di recupero tra le serie.

  • Have you heard of cryotherapy? I didn’t know much about it before my live shots this morning, but I jumped right in! I was *chillin’* — at -133 degrees for three minutes. 😱

How it works is by using extremely cold temperatures to help muscle recovery (along with reducing inflammation, relieving pain, increasing energy and metabolism, and even boosting weight loss). This cryosauna has three levels ranging from temps between -130 to -184.

TBH, I think standing outside to do live shots during the winter (even while being all bundled up) FEELS colder. ⛄️
