What’s your favorite breakfast?
Have a fabulous Start of the day with this recipe as it’s packed with antioxidants, fibre & vitamins to detoxify the body ✨

Recipe: 
Oats 2 cups (Makes 3 medium size bowl)
2 tsp Chiaseeds 
1/2 cup Blueberries Frozen 
1 Mashed banana 
2 tsp Coconut sugar 
1 tsp Vanilla extract 
1 tsp @unicornsuperfoods black goji berry powder
2 cup Almond milk
Toppings as per your choice

METHOD:
1. Add oats, chiaseeds, blueberries,  coconut sugar with 2 cups of almond milk to a pan.
2. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes stirring it continuously. It gets sticky sometimes and now You can add mashed banana and mix again. Make sure you cook on low heat.
3. Once its done according to your liking, add vanilla extract and transfer it into the bowl.
4. Add Your favorite toppings to make your bowl pretty 🌸

... All you'll need is:
½ a bunch of fresh thyme, 2 small red onions, 2 small eating apples, olive oil, 1 red cabbage (roughly 800g), 1½ tablespoons balsamic vinegar, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

All you have to do is:
- Pick the thyme leaves, discarding the stalks and keeping the tips to one side for later.
- Peel, halve and finely slice the onion on a chopping board.
- Roughly chop the apples, removing the core.
- Add 3 teaspoons olive oil and thyme leaves to a large saucepan on a medium heat and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the onions and apple and cook for a further 10 minutes, or until golden and caramelised, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile…
- Trim away the stalk, cut in half, then finally slice up the red cabbage and add to the pan with the balsamic vinegar.
- Pop the lid on and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cabbage is soft but still has a bit of bite, stirring occasionally and adding a splash of water, if needed. Meanwhile…
- Add 1 teaspoon olive oil to a small frying pan on a medium heat along with the reserved thyme tips.
- Cook for 1 minute, or until crispy, then remove to kitchen paper to drain.
- Season the cabbage with a tiny pinch of salt and pepper, then serve sprinkled with the crispy thyme tips!

Danse de la joie ce matin.
- 3kilos depuis lundi.
J'ai une légère impression de dégonfler du ventre 🦋

Et ça sans aucune frustration. J'adapte la chrono à mon deuxième cerveau : mon ventre !
Car quand je mesures ou pèses mes aliments, je suis frustré à 100%.
Avec la chrono je réduit considérablement mes proportions. M'autorise un verre de coca par si par là. Car je sais que je ne peux pas changer complètement. Ça viendra peut être un jour. Mais pas aujourd'hui.
