Personal Trainers' method described enough isn't enough to see the bigger picture of an individual's life.

So let's make it interesting and throw in some human behaviors and emotions like...

➖Missing meals,

➖Not having enough energy,

➖Not feeling like it,

When you combine this with the rigorous planning that's been set for you and you fail to do it you're only going to get one thing communicated to you by your trainer... "YOU'RE NOT TRYING HARD ENOUGH"❌ It's not hard to see how personal training in the traditional approach isn't for everyone... I mean, if you're a machine I totally understand that this approach could work...🤖 But if you're a human being living a busy life... that's going to be really tough to keep up. 
So how do you succeed with a lot less mental stress? .

You take the mindset of a coach. 🙇🏁 It's understanding that everyone starts at their own level whatever that may be.

Secondly, it's about understanding the importance of gradual progression rather than the black and white approach of having Success or Failure

Thirdly, it's about small changes adding up, and always look back with a smile of gratitude to see how far you've come.

Always coming from the mindset of... "PROGRESSION NOT PERFECTION" 📈

So what does this allow you to do?

Succeed because you're not focused on being perfect, rather, you're focused on improving.

Letting go of strict rules and just playing the game.

By removing strict expectations beautiful things begin to happen.

You begin to love the process and since you're always winning, you begin to fall in love with the process.

Fast forward 3 months... You've become the Healthy person living a healthy lifest
