2 ingredient Pizza chips!! 🍕😋 This is easily a top 5 favorite keto snack of mine!! What are your go to keto snacks?
8 tbsp shredded mozarella
Seasonings of your preference
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Create 8 piles of cheese on a parchment lined baking sheet, top with pepperoni, & season.
2. Bake for 7 minutes. If you want them to be extra crispy, broil for the last minute or two. Take out, let harden, & enjoy!
Serving size is 4 chips.
recipe makes 2 servings.
Net carbs: 1g
Notes: the more you salt them; the less greasy they will be. Each pile of cheese should be 1 tbsp. I try to make the piles slightly bigger than the pepperonis! If you use Italian seasonings & oregano it will make a huge difference in flavor!

You can do noodle dishes in the instant pot. Pad Ew See. Confession I was a little nervous about making this tonight. I’ve been trying to get it right for weeks. I knew I was close and had a few tweaks to add before it was perfect, but tonight I got it right. Really tased like restaurant made! I’m so happy I was able to show it tonight. There are some special tricks to getting this to work. #padewsee#instantpotrecipes#thairecipes#exoticdinner
This red curry turned out great. It’s a little less red in color because i had a spice lightweight in the class and dialed it back. I love the added Japanese sweet potato and the sweet spicy contrast. Thanks to all the ladies who came tonight. I’ll see some of you next week for Indian Curry. #thaiflavors#redcurry#instantpot#instantpotrecipes#lovemesomecurry
Turmeric White Rice Recipe:
This lovely yellow rice has warning and digestive herbs in it. I know it’s white rice, but some people ( Chris Kresser) think we do need some starch daily, even on a Paleo diet, to help feed our gut flora. How to make it: Put coconut oil or olive oil or butter in a pan on low. Heat 2 minutes. Add turmeric, dash ground cloves, and 2 whole green cardamom pods. Powdered (1/8th tap) or fresh ginger slice is an optional addition. Heat stirring for 1 minute. Add drained white rice (after rinsing). Stir 4-6 minutes on medium to toast. Add liquid and/or broth in twice the volume of rice. Heat to boiling on high. Then reduce heat to low, cover, and cook fir 20 minutes. See the delicious outcome. This rice is especially nice in cold months of winter. | Connect with me through these (mostly free) resources: * Take my online course, "Raising Your Immunity Through Nutrition and Herbalism": http://bit.ly/2ntM4kL |

Another crockpot chicken meal prep idea 💡.... Shredded BBQ Chicken... When I made this I used it in 3 recipes for the week.. 1) BBQ chicken sandwich or wrap with coleslaw and pickles and sweet potato fries 2) BBQ chicken salad (this picture) and 3) BBQ Chicken tortilla pizza with pepper-jack cheese, jalapeño, and avocado ... No recipe needed just throw 1-2 lbs chicken breasts or thighs with about 1/2 - 1 cup any BBQ sauce into the crockpot for 4 hours 🍗 ... Also when I use the same ingredient 3 times in one week I try to take a day off in between or not serve it for lunch and dinner every day (maybe 2 lunches and one dinner)
A quick and easy summer recipe! I love my Instant Pot! 😊❤️

Konkani cuisine is one delicious cuisine from India. One of my bestie - @ashwini.pai269 is Konkani and I love the food at her house made by her mom. There is one particular sprouts curry which I love and her mom always ensures that she sends me some whenever its made. My friend's lunchbox would be mine at work, the day it had that sprouts curry. It is a very simple dish but its just the way her mom makes it, that gives it a lipsmacking flavor. While I have never attempted that recipe of hers, I have given another sprouts recipe from their cuisine a try. I have made it in an Instant Pot, making this dish a delicious one pot meal that can serve a family well on a weeknight! Recipe link in bio.
Well that was easy.. frozen bag of veggies. Some seasoning on them and in the water. Set instant pot at 0mins .. .. come back and release steam when it yells at you lol. I need to get back to non frozen things AND using my instant pot more. It's handy.
But for now. Fast. Convenient. I'm happy.
Did you know that steaming preserves nutrients better than boiling? .
Our first recommended product for you fellow lazy mom is...
This steamer and instant pot
Who said you need a special dedicated machine for baby food? Just use the steamer and the steam setting in your instant pot (which is a A MUST HAVE) in every family’s home.
Here are the steps:
1-wash and peel vegetable.
2-place vegetables in the steamer.
3-turn on the instant pot on steam setting
4-mash it with a fork or hand blender once its done.
Yum yum yum .
Dinner tonight: Decomposed Beef Stew
Kiddos have been sick so sorry I’ve been away.
Harper is 10 months old and enjoying her dinner! I would say her favorite was definitely her veggies and her least, the meat.
Halfway through the week. Phew! This week has been super busy between work & finalizing stuff for mom’s 60th birthday. But I’m glad I was able to meal prep Sunday, so I could still eat right & fuel my body!!
This Turmeric Coconut Rice is not only delicious & healthy, but super easy & quick to make either in the instant pot or on the stove. Eat it by itself as a light meal or with grilled meat/veggies or curries. You can also make rice bowls. I’m eating it w/ some air fried masala tilapia.
. . .
I’ve tried this recipe with brown rice & quinoa, but had to give chickpea rice a try. And boy, it was good!!
. . .
✨1 pack @eatbanza chickpea rice (or 1.5 cups quinoa or brown rice)
✨1 cup coconut milk for chickpea rice (or 1.5 cups coconut milk for quinoa, brown or regular rice)
✨1 cup vegetable broth (1.5 cups for regular rice or quinoa)
✨1 tbsp coconut oil ✨1/2 medium chopped onion
✨1 tbsp minced garlic
✨1 cup frozen veggies (I used green beans, carrots & peas)
✨1.5 tsp turmeric powder
✨1/2 tsp red chili powder
✨1.5 tsp sea salt
. . .
~Turn on the instant pot on sauté
~Add coconut oil, onions, garlic & let it sauté until soft
~Add frozen veggies & let it that for a few minutes
~Add the spices, sauté, followed by rice, coconut milk, & vegetable broth. Add salt.
~Cook on high pressure for 5 mins (for quinoa or regular rice cook for 10 mins), followed by slow release.

These are baked beans that are heartier and meatier, with ground beef, bacon, and kielbasa smoked sausage. It sounds like a lot, and it is, but they are good! The flavor is rich and delicious, and a little less sweet than regular baked beans. These pressure cooker Cowboy beans are hearty enough to be your main dish, or a really amped up side dish.
