Only broke this long run up bc I didn’t have 3 hours to do it all at once. I think it’s more beneficial to do a long run all at once to get used to the pounding on the feet and the stomach. But, do what you can when you can. 🏃🏻‍♀️It ended up being a lot of fun!

  • Yine cicek gibi bir kosu oldu! Patikada olmak cidden tarifi namumkun bir duygu benim icin. Ait oldugun yere donme hissi, dogayla butunlesme, kafandaki deli sorulari amiyane tabirle “amele sumugu” gibi beyninden sokup atmak, mindfulness kafasina erisebilme, yardimlasma, guzel ciceklerle tanisma imkani ve daha niceleri. Evet cok zorlaniyoruz zira sinirlarimizi zorluyoruz dolayisiyla kolay olmasini da beklemiyoruz ama o finish noktasina geldiginde saatinde yazan sureden, kosu performansindan, kacinci oldugundan munferit hep ayni hazzi alabiliyorsun.

어제 #Korea50k 에 이어서 연속으로 #경기마라톤 에 참가했어요🤗
간밤에 비가왔고 또 흐린날씨라 비가오면 어쩌나 걱정했는데 다행히 경기끝나고부터 조금씩오더라구요 하프랑 풀 뛰신분들은 뛰는중간에 비 맞으셨을지두😥

어제는 날씨가 너무더웠었는데 오늘은 해가 구름뒤에 숨어있어서 선선하니 바람도 적당히 불어주고 좋았어요🙂

학교다닐때 가까이사는애들이 꼭 지각하듯이.
지각은아니지만 풀 출발할때 도착했어요😆 심지어  택시탔는데 통제중이라 내려서 뛰어갔답니다
택시기사님이 잘뛰고오라고 해주셨어요☺
택시탈땐 배번도 안붙였는데도 마라톤뛰러가냐고 하시더라구요😆😆😆
오또케아셨지!!! #수원 에 살지만 원래 서울사람이라 아직도 수원을 잘 모르는데 #장안문 앞을 뛰어가니 특히나 기분이 색달랐어요 - 수원의 문화재중 하나고 #북문 이라고도 불리지요🤭
다른분들 뛰시는데 방해안되도록 옆으로 살짝빠져서 찰칵

기록이 저만 아직안온건지 다들안나온건지 모르겠지만
일반마라톤에 처음참가했던게 바로 두달전 경기하프마라톤 - 역시 수원종합운동장에서 열렸었죠. 그때는 뛰다가 걷다가 뛰다가 걷다가했는데 두달이 지난 지금은 절대 걷지않고 페이스 조절해가며 처음부터 끝까지 열심히 뛰었어요🏃‍♀️ nrc 에 5.30찍혔네요🙂 나도 #garmin 갖고싶당🤭

저사람보다 앞에가야지. 어? 이사람이 나를 제치고 가네? 따라잡아야지 👈 이런 마음은 별로 도움이 되지 않더라구요 경험상
어자피 입상할거 아닌데😂 나와의싸움에 굳이 남을 끌어들여 괜한 스트레스 받을 필요 없다고 생각해요😌 힐링하기위한 시간인데😁

두달사이에 많은 변화가 있다는것에 감사할따름이에요
달리면서 다리도 멘탈도 더 단단해지고😉
낚시티비에 출연했어서 전에는 낚시하시는분들중 소수만 알아봐주셨었는데, 대회장가면 먼저 알아봐주시고 인사해주시는분들도 계시고

오늘도 완주하고 죽을것같이 숨을몰아쉬고 인증샷찍고 걸어가는데
어떤분께서 남궁하린씨! 하시며 수고하셨다고 요즘 잘 보고있으시다고 하시며 오렌지를🍊😍 주셨어요 너무너무감사합니다🙇‍♀️
최고는아니지만 늘 최선을다하고싶어요☺

그리고바로 남궁하린쌤!!하고 예쁜여자분이오시길래 누구지😯 했는데 전에 중학교있을때 제자였어요. 세상에 너무너무예뻐져서 못알아볼뻔했네 😄 더 놀라운건 아직 고3이라는사실😆 예쁜제자 성은이랑도 기념샷찍고😊 
오늘 쉬지않고 열심히 뛰긴했지만 그것만으로는 뭔가 많이 부족하다는걸 느꼈어요🤔 이게 제 한계치는 분명 아닐텐데 왜 더 속력을 못내겠죠 연습때처럼? 뭐가두려운거지 겁쟁이😔

더 생각하고 노력하고 도전할 문제인것같아요
좋아하니까 점점더 잘할수있겠죠😊

길치라그런가...분명 집가는 버스정류장찾으러 걸어가고있었는데 가다보니 집가는방향. 그래서 
갑자기뜻하지않은회복런🙂 아니 more like recovery walk 
하프랑 풀도 차근차근 빨리😆 나가고싶어요
다음주는 #미라클365런 이랑 #서울하프마라톤 나가요❣

암튼 오늘 정말 많은분들 오셨는데 
경기장의 열기가 어마어마했지요🙂
많은 #러너 분들 계신 마라톤대회장에 있는것만도 그 atmospheres가 느껴져서 좋은에너지가 느껴지는것같아요❣

오늘도 출발 전과 완주후사진을 담아봤어요
땀이너무많이나서 중간에 머리를 묶었는데. 머리가 땀으로 다 젖었네요 세상에😏 분명 바람이 간간히 말려준것같았는데🤔 그래서 빨리찾아입은 #두산베어스 후드#두산베어스 fan 인증😄

I was so ready to be done with running. I remember it was my senior year and I ended up getting a stress fracture and I said 'thank goodness. I needed this break.' I was just so relentless my entire life, I was willing to do anything to get better as I'm not afraid to work hard.  And it was to my detriment that I was working way too hard, and now something I am very scared of is overtraining as I have found the flipside, and that is why after college I undertrained big time because I didn't want be force and not enjoy running, yet I was still addicted to distance running. After I was undertrained I wanted to pick it up a notch, and that's why I joined @tinmanelite to find my balance. People been calling it the Goldilock principle.   • Week 5(!) of #marathontraining for #firstmarathon at #GCM19 done. 5!!!

The week started off with two rest days after a heavy Week 4, but eased into a good sequence and a total of 36Ks:
1️⃣ 12K easy
2️⃣ 5K track (PB!)
3️⃣ Absorption 50mins
4️⃣ 5K pre-parkrun vollie
5️⃣ 8K steady
🏃🏻‍♂️
That first one was awful (go read my post about it), but the good thing about running 5 days in a row is I could write over that rubbish run fairly quickly. And this week had lots of great highlights — Run 2️⃣ was a big 5K PB (and all-running too), and Run 4️⃣ was a Westerfolds loop PB, and my first time running the whole loop. Fifth and final run today was tough, legs quit about 4K in, but understandable at the end of that sequence I guess. Declaring Monday a rest day!

A couple of weeks ago, I was asking Coach Shaun @running4mum whether it was normal to feel slow during marathon training due to all the LSRs and finding that easy pace (I just always felt sluggish at parkrun). After the PBs this week, I now see why he said nah naturally my 5/10/21 PBs should be coming down in the weeks leading to Gold Coast. Legs getting stronger and getting used to the mileage. Fingers crossed for more to come. Okay, now on to Week 6!

  • You can roll at anytime of day, and will get the benefits before or after exercise. As for stretches, do dynamic stretches before a workout (ideally after foam rolling), and static stretches after a workout (again, ideally after foam rolling).

  • ••• Soooo update time is prime time 👋🏼 So as some of y’all know I started a program called PWR in the @sweat app by trainer @kelseywells around the beginning of the school year 💧 It’s a gym based, weight training program and I’m honestly SO in love! 💕 It’s helped me progress in so many areas and it’s made me SO freaking strong! 💪🏼 I don’t wanna be THAT person but hey, look at my arms lololol 😆 I’ve gained muscle everywhere due to this program + proper nutrition of course and I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to really dive into the gym! 😁 This is the first program I’ve ever done that I’ve ACTUALLY experienced any progress! I’ve even at some points had a pretty toned stomach (that comes and goes tho cause to see abs you need to have a low body fat % and I like to live the balanced life and it’s not realistic for me to be in a deficit 100% of the time at this point in my life BUT my core is super strong wether you can see the muscles or not) not that really determines how fit I am but it is pretty cool! Just gonna wrap this up with being strong and being able to move around heavy stuff is cool and y’all should give it a shot cuz I believe in you! 😁💕 •••

Salut Les Coureurs Motivés,

J’espère que vous êtes en pleine forme pour ce weekend de Pâques et que vous n’avez pas déjà fait une overdose de chocolat 😁

J’ai profité du beau soleil de samedi soir pour faire un footing de récupération de mon AS10 de vendredi. 
Je n’ai pas dû manger assez de chocolat car j’ai failli m’envoler avec les bonnes ravales de vent 💨 
Au 4ème kilomètre, je me suis retrouvé au niveau d’une runneuse.
Nous avons papoté plusieurs minutes. Elle faisait aussi une sortie de récupération mais pas pour se remettre d’une sortie d’allure spécifique 😄
En effet, elle m’a raconté son semi marathon de la veille qu’elle avait bouclé en 1h32 à Mulhouse ! Bravo à elle 👍

L’anecdote c’était qu’elle m’a dit que pendant sa course le Tram était prioritaire sur les Coureurs 🤨 J’ai trouvé ça étrange et pas très « safe » pour les Coureurs. Qu’en pensez-vous ?

Du coup, si vous avez une course prochainement je vous conseille de vous renseigner pour savoir qui est prioritaire, juste par précaution.

Et vous, connaissez-vous des courses où les coureurs ne sont pas prioritaires ?

  • Пока многие активно ведут свои странички,набирают лайки и подписчиков,я же в это время все удаляю и чищу!Освободила все флэш-карты загрузив фото и видео в облако. Даже комплекс на пресс сделала на кровати😸пока все грузилось.
Зачем?Да это не просто так...испытываю дискомфорт,когда захожу именно в контакт. На самом деле мне очень нравится быть тут,в инстаграме.Как-то тут интереснее и спокойно, нет этой злобы,где выставляют не очень полезные посты и друг на друга, даже не зная человека льется оскорбление.Давно хотела написать на данную тему,да времени не было.А сегодня видимо пришло время. Хотя и в инстаграм я залетаю быстро.Если посмотреть статистику посещения даже 50% не набирается.Ну не моё это - следить за людьми ,за их жизнями и ситуациями. Я сердечки не всем и не всегда ставлю, а так же истории просматриваю не у всех ... И то завтра пару кадров исчезнут из ленты,но добавятся новые и красивые картинки,даже совсем не спорт🌸
Для кого-то общение,лайки и т.д является неотъемлемой частью жизни, а для меня наоборот... Реальное общение у меня на первом месте.Его нечем нельзя заменить.Круто видеть эмоции, обнимать и чувствовать тепло.Такие минуты бесценны✅❤
