CANT MISS PASTA DISH! The smoked radiatore carbonara from @therosevenice blew my mind 🤯 Radiatore is honestly one of my favorite pasta shapes. The rich sauce with parmesan, black pepper and chunks of bacon 🥓 just envelopes each noodle so perfectly. -

Dinner tonight was ravoli stuffed with ricotta & spinach topped with a mushroom cream sauce.
Sometimes you can get a rich homemade taste starting with a premade sauce, which is what I did.
Saute garlic in olive oil with ground beef. I then added the premade mushroom sauce, splashed in heavy cream, basil, pepper, & parmesan cheese.
Served over the ravoli~ trust me you will want crusty garlic bread to soak up all that delicious sauce. 😉
How could you walk past the @breville counter at @macys Herald Square today and not pick up a Bean and Cheese Empanada? Well, if you came after I sold out, I suppose. But hey, there’s always another day.

Popped down to @thebottomendpub for a couple happy hour drinks and a meal after work. This joint does it all, pub, disco, diner. And with an extensive menu, and a parma for just $20 I was pretty impressed with the sports bar/diner vibe they had going on.
Boom. After a short wait it was parma time. First thoughts? Tiny plate. Chips and salad overflowing and falling off the plate, and don't get me wrong the parma wasn't big at all. Invest in some new plates. The salad? Normal, average, fine, whatever. The chips? Legit. Super crunchy, absolutely faultless. Really enjoyable. Now onto the parma, as I said earlier, this bad boy was a little on the small side. BUT, big on flavour. The cheese mix added a really enjoyable depth of flavour which complemented the juicy chicken breast. Not a lot of sauce which was a little bit of a let down considering how great the cheese mix was. Overall, pretty damn good.

Spanakopita Bites 🌿🧀🥧 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp lemon pepper (make sure you get a g/f brand - some contain breadcrumbs)
1 large bunch silverbeet, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp vegeta stock powder
15g dill (or between 1/4-1/2 cup)
1 tbsp honey
1 pkt gluten free puff pastry
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Roll out puff pastry so that it is thin and cut out rounds of pastry big enough to fit in cupcake trays.
3. Line cupcake trays with baking paper and top with rounds of pastry.
4. Place onion, garlic and oil in a fry pan and sauté until caramelised.
5. Add sweet paprika, lemon pepper, vegeta and silverbeet, stirring until wilted.
6. Add dill and honey, then pour into a large bowl.
7. Add ricotta to the bowl of silverbeet mixture and mash together, mixing well.
8. Take heaped tablespoons of mixture into each pastry case, then place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C. #gloobyfood#feedfeed
