Even though there's only one more day until Saturday, self-care doesn't have to be relegated only to the weekend. There's always little things we can do every day to boost our mental and physical health.
Negative self-talk is something that's so prevalent and can fly under the radar when we're not paying enough attention to our thoughts. Spending a few minutes every day to have a positive interaction with yourself can help break the habit of negative self-talk. So make it part of your morning routine to compliment yourself, congratulate yourself, and tell yourself how awesome you are! #selfcarematters

Coachella: my highlight set was at Tame Impalas performance!! It was such a epic experience that not only did I get to see one of my favorite artist live but the fact that I was able to spend this experience with my closest friends who were able to finally see what I've been raving about. We all were dancing, jumping and our faces were like in awe 🤩 the whole time. All of the visuals from the lazers to the smoke, all the confetti, to the banging psychedelic music we were grooving to... But after all that, one thing that made it special was when I was singing my heart out to all the lyrics and someone right next to me was singing her heart out as well. Her name is Payton. We never met before, but at that moment when we were singing every lyric, it felt like we understood each other. No matter what we were going through in our personal lives, everything just made sense at that moment. So thank you so much for your positive energy!! So Kelly’s whirlwind trip has been nothing shy of just that! I been snapping away, but I’ve also been so “in the moment” that I haven’t stopped to share. But this view was too nice to keep to myself! Age just like the scale is truly only a number.
I spent the last few days in Vegas with many beautiful humans.
We were from all different background all different shapes sizes and ages.
I listened to each person carefully through the conference and discovered that many women are bothered by the ageing process.
Ladies here is a harsh truth bomb. We are all going to age. We will all get wrinkles these are things you can not control.
What you can control is how healthy you want to age. Do you want to struggle getting up and down stairs, or struggle getting out of your favorite chair, or even endure the struggle to get out of bed?
These are the things that you can control, the things that you can make sure you succeed at.
Daily exercise and healthy nutrition is key. We often don’t believe it until it’s far to late and we are lying in that hospital bed.
I leave you with this. I watched a 71 year old man at 11pm at night do alternating lunge jumps with perfect balance. I applauded him and he said. Yep that’s right I am 71 and I go to the gym and workout everyday. He chose Health.

I am so grateful for the beauty the sky give us. This week I have been meditating outside everyday for 30 minutes. I was taking so much of nature for granted before I started trying to connect with the earth. Now my days seem brighter because I am present enough to see all the beauty around me. #grounded#wichitaks#meditation
I accidentally took this photo. Like I set that plant down to fix my camera settings and accidentally took this picture... and I love it! That is the blanket that I’m still finishing. The sewing machine my mom got me for $50 from a small town MCC. My earrings are still laying in that spot today. The plant was a gift that I’m barely keeping alive, but it’s still alive! My life is messier then it may appear but I am loving the life that Jesus has given me! •

Say Hi to Major! Pictured here is Major! Major is a senior dog at the Golden Year's section at Marley's Mutts Rescue Ranch. He can't see very well, but he knows who you are and he can sure snuggle!!! Though Major is in his last chapter of life, he knows how to live in the moment!!! I get revitalized when I volunteer here. Volunteering is one of the best ways to give of your heart which in return allows the expansion of your life to truly receive.
When you are happy where you are "in the moment", you allow new adventures in. You don't get to where you want to be by complaining.
The way these creative dreams come together is far more amazing than one ever really can imagine ... they're actually far better! Such is the spice of life!
1. See (envision) where you wish to be. Imagine your best life. Feel what it feels like. Go there with your energy. (hint: a daily meditation, no matter how long, gets you there faster). You tune in your frequency to a higher vibe and a magical momentum begins.
2. What you put out there, the Universe answers right back!
3. Allow yourself to receive as you raise your vibration. The complaining mode is definitely not a receiver mode.
It is so important to be grateful in this moment now. You cannot receive if you don't see any good in your life right now as it is. It is good. Count your many blessings happening all around you.
